Product Usage Instructions
Before Installation
- Read the instructions carefully before installation.
- Clean the roof and roof rails before installation.
- Be aware that operating the vehicle with roof racks installed may increase wind noise.
Installation Steps
- Check the direction of the crossbars before installing. The larger portion of the shape indicates the front direction.
- Loosen the screws on the installation brackets using the M6 wrench (D) and fully open the brackets.
- Select the front crossbar bracket (B) and find the left-front and right-front installation brackets (C).
- Adjust the size of installation brackets (C) according to side rails.
- Fix installation brackets (C) to the front crossbar using M6 screws (E).
- Put on the metal kit and tighten the screw to clamp the installation brackets on the side rails.
- Repeat the same steps for the rear crossbar bracket.
- Ensure that the roof rack is correctly installed on the roof rails.
- Shake each crossbar after installation to ensure firmness.
- Tighten all screws using a wrench to firmly secure the roof rack.
Maintenance
- Periodically check to ensure all hardware remains secure and tight.
- Remove roof racks before driving through an automatic car wash.
- Replace defective parts promptly.
- When not in use, remove roof racks and store them safely.
- After removing the roof racks, re-install the factory covers, bolts, and clips.

NOTE:
These crossbars are designed to fit cars with raised rails only. They are not
compatible with flush rails or cars without rails.
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

Before installing, please check the direction of the crossbars.
Note: The direction can be confirmed by the side of the crossbars. A larger portion of this shape is its front direction. -
Select the front crossbar bracket (B -Longer) and find the left-front and right-front installation bracket (C).

Use M6 screws (E) to fix installation brackets (C) to the front crossbar bracket (B) (When fixing installation brackets, you can adjust the crossbar based on the width of the roof before completely fixing it).

Use a M6 wrench(D) to loosen the screw on the installation brackets (C), then take away the metal kit inside the bracket and fully open the installation brackets(C).

Adjust the size of installation brackets(C) according to side rails.

Put on the metal kit and tighten the screw to clamp the installation brackets(C) on the side rails.

Use a wrench to tighten screws to ensure that the roof rack is firmly fixed on the roof.

The installation steps of the rear crossbar bracket are the same as the front crossbar bracket.

Ensure that the roof rack is correctly installed on the roof rails.

After installing the crossbar brackets, shake each crossbar to ensure its firmness.
NOTE:
- Store the instructions and M6 wrench in the glove box for future replacement or disassembly.
- Securely tighten the shoulder bolts on both the roof rack crossbar and clamp bracket.
- Place the instructions and hex wrench in the box for future replacement or disassembly.
Before Installation Needs To Know
- Read this instruction carefully before installation.

- Eight screws (E) are fixed on the crossbar AB; The installation bracket (C) contains four screws
Load
- Check your owner’s instruction manual for maximum roof load capacity.
- On-road capacity = maximum roof load capacity – load carrier weight
- Off-road capacity road capacity /1.5
- The load may not significantly exceed the load carrier’s width, and it should always distributed evenly across the load carrier and with the lowest possible center of gravity.
- Prepare specialized racks when carrying bikes, surfboards, kayaks, canoes, ski boards, and snowboards.
- When several surfboards are being carried, they should not be placed beside each other but instead one on top of the other.
- When carrying long items such as kayaks, canoes, and surfboards, these shall be secured both at the front and the rear of the vehicle.
- All loose or removable parts of the load should be taken off before loading.
- The load, s security should be checked after a short distance, and thereafter at suitable intervals. Tighten the load’s securing straps whenever necessary.
Driving
- Adapt your speed according to the load weight and the current driving conditions, such as the road conditions, wind speed and direction, traffic conditions and applicable speed limits, do not exceed 120 km/h (75 mph) in any circumstances, and observe speed limits.
- Drive over speed bumps with 10 km/h (6 mph) maximum speed.
- The vehicle’s total height increases when loading, note and observe height limits.
- The vehicle’s driving characteristics and braking performance change and its vulnerability to side-winds increases when a load is carried on the roof.
- Check the tension of the load carrier frequently, especially when travelling on rough roads.
Maintenance
