Product Usage Instructions

Before Installation Needs To Know:

1. Read this instruction carefully before installation.
2. Clean the roof and roof rails before installation.
3. Operation of the vehicle with roof racks installed may cause a noticeable change in wind noise.
4. The short bolt E may be directly installed onto the crossbar (A or B), but it needs to be removed first in order to install the bracket.

Installation Instructions:

1. Before installing, check the direction of crossbars. Larger portion of the shape faces the front.
2. Select the front crossbar bracket (B) and find the left front and right fixing points.
3. Attach the anti-scratch rubber pad (D) onto the front clamp bracket (C).
4. Use short bolts (E) and wrench (H) to fix installation brackets (C) to the front crossbar bracket (B).
5. Place the front and rear crossbar brackets between car roof rails.
6. Attach rear crossbar bracket (A) following the same steps as the front bracket (B).
7. Adjust installation bracket (C) according to the width of the roof before securing with long bolts (G).
8. Tighten all screws securely to ensure proper installation.
9. After installation, shake each crossbar to ensure firmness.

Maintenance:

1. Periodically check to ensure all hardware remains secure and tight.
2. Roof racks must be removed before driving through an automatic car wash.
3. Replace defective parts promptly.
4. When not in use, remove roof racks and store safely.
5. After removing the roof racks, re-install factory covers,bolts, and clips.

NOTE: These crossbars are fit for flush rails and raised rails that have fixed points. Not suitable for cars without rails.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

1. Before installing, please check the direction of crossbars.
   Note: The direction can be confirmed by side view of crossbars. Larger portion of this shape is front direction.

2. Select the front cross bar bracket (B) (Longer) and find the left front and right front clamp bracket (C).

3. Use short bolts (E) and wrench (H) to fix installation brackets (C) to the front crossbar bracket (B) .

4. When fixing brackets, you can adjust the installation bracket (C) according to the width of roof before completely fixing.
   Attach the anti-scratch silicone pad (D) onto the installation bracket (C ).

5. The installation steps of the rear crossbar bracket (A) are the same as the front crossbar bracket (B).

6. Place the front and rear crossbar brackets between car roof rails.

7. Place a flat washer (F) onto the long bolt (G) and secure the installation

8. Fix the brackets (C) to the fixed points of the roof rails by tightening the long bolts (G).

9. Ensure that the roof luggage rack is properly installed on the roof rails, and tighten all screws securely.

10. After installing the crossbar and brackets, shake each crossbar to ensure its firmness.

NOTE:

1. If your side rails do not have fixed holes, we suggest seeking professional assistance to drill holes. Otherwise, we do not recommend using our roof luggage racks.
2. Tighten the bolts securely to ensure a firm fixing.
3. Put the instructions and wrench into the glove box for next replacement or disassembly.

2. On road capacity = maximum roof load capacity – load carrier weight
3. Off road capacity=on road capacity /1.5
4. The load may not significantly exceed the load carrier’s width, and it should always distributed evenly across the load carrier and with the lowest possible center of gravity.
5. Prepare specialized racks when carrying bikes, surfboards, kayaks, canoes, ski board, and snowboards.
6. When several surfboards are being carried, they should not be placed beside each other but instead one on top of the other.
7. When carrying long items such as kayaks, canoes, surfboards, these shall be secured both at the front and the rear of the vehicle.
8. All loose or removable parts of the load should be taken off before loading.
9. The load, s security should be checked after a short distance, and thereafter at suitable intervals. Tighten the load’s securing straps whenever necessary.

Driving

1. Adapt your speed according to the load weight and the current driving conditions, such as the road conditions, wind speed and direction, traffic conditions and applicable speed limits, do not exceed 120 km/h (75 mph) in any circumstances, and observe speed limits.
2. Drive over speed bumps with 10 km/h (6 mph) maximum speed.
3. The vehicle’s total height increases when loading, note and observe height limits.
4. The vehicle’s driving characteristics and braking performance change and its vulnerability to side-winds increases when a load is carried on the roof.
5. Check the tension of the load carrier frequently, especially when traveling on rough roads.
