Installed Vehicle
2019 Chevrolet Colorado
Note : Always put a wheel stop on the front end before installation.
SAFETY TIP : It is important to remember to keep your truck on a level
surface that is as close to flat as possible. Jack up one side, put the truck
on the jack stands
Factory Bump Stop Removal
Remove the nuts off the two U-bolts holding down the bump stop.
Bump Stop Installation
Assemble MUB1 with optional Z1-UBS adapter

Use a #5 Allen wrench to install the 45mm hex screws onto MUB1

Use the included nuts to tighten the MUB1 on the Z1-UBS adapter Comparison of the MUB1+Z1-UBS vs factory bump stop

Add an optional MUB2 (sold separately) for additional support.

Install the MUB1 + MUB2 x2 + Z1-UBS on the truck securing them with the U-bolts removed.

Installation completed
MUB1 – Direct replacement for factory OEM bump stop
MUB2 – Optional add on to MUB1 for added support on light loading for vehicle
rear suspension. You can add as many MUB2 as you want to fit your needs.
Please use included rubber glue if you want to permanently attach MUB2 module
to MUB1.
