Acpatur X2 Portable Air Pump
Thank you for purchasing Acpatur portable air pump
Please read attentively and fully understand the operation manual, for
improper use might lead to personal/product damage.
This product applies to inflation of automobiles (excluding trucks over 5 t
and engineering vehicles), motorcycles, electric motorcycles, bicycles, and
balls.
CAUTION

This product is not a toy, and must not be played with by children. The recommended age to use it is 16 years old. Please ensure that a safe distance is kept between children and the air pump during inflation.

The product is integrated with an unremovable lithium battery, and hence throwing it away at will is prohibited. The lithium battery might catch fire, burn spontaneously or explode when subject to overheating, impacts, or water invasion. Do not have it exposed to sunlight in the high-temperature environment in the cars.

The battery might be damaged if the product is left to stand for an extended period of time. It’s recommended to recharge the product every three months as a minimum.

Prior to inflating the tires, please observe the tire pressure recommended by the tire manufacturer (usually indicated clearly on the tires).

Prior to inflating bicycle tires, please read attentively the user manual of the bicycle.
Please follow the instructions and precautions of the bicycle manufacturer in respect of tire inflation. -
Prior to setting the pressure value, please make sure that you’ve selected the correct measurement unit, otherwise incidents such as tire blowouts might occur.

Always keep the product in sight when using it, and observe the inflation process to prevent over-inflation in case that the pressure is not pre-defined.

Please use the product in a dry and clean environment, for mud/dust/water invasion might lead to product damage. The product is not waterproof. Do not wash it with water.

The product is integrated with a DC electric motor, which might spark during operation.
Do not use it in an inflammable and explosive environment. -
Please recharge the product using a 5 V/2 A adaptor of acceptable security and quality in combination with the original recharge cable. Any faults arising from recharging not in compliance with the requirement above are not in the warranty scope.

In case of an anomaly in the air pump, try to restart it first. If the anomaly persists, please contact us.

The product emits noise of over 70 dB during operation. Please take appropriate measures against it.
If the product is to be used for a prolonged period, it’s recommended to leave it to cool for 5 – 10 min. every 20 min. -
Do not recharge the product immediately after use. Instead, we recommend to let it cool naturally for 20 – 30 min for the best recharge efficiency.

The connection between the air tube and the machine gets hot when the air pump works for an extended period of time and hence involves scald risks. Do not touch it.

Guidance on use
SoC indication and recharge
The SoC indicated with four bars. A different number of bars indicates a different SoC:
- Four bars: 100%-75%
- Three bars: 75%-50%
- Two bars: 50%-25%
- One bar: 25%-0%
- (Low SoC. To be recharged before use)
Note: When the power is supplied by the battery, the SoC indication will
be
When the power is supplied by DC, the SoC icon will not be displayed.
Please fully charge the product prior to first use. Please connect the 5V USB adaptor and the air pump with the recharge cable for charging
The SoC icon under charging mode:
- 1 bar flashing: 0% < SoC ≤ 25%
- 1 bar constantly on, and 2 bars flashing: 25% < SoC ≤ 50%
- 2 bars constantly on, and 2 bars flashing: 50% < SoC ≤ 75%
- 3 bars constantly on, and 1 bar flashing: 75% < SoC ≤ 100%
- 4 bars constantly on: Fully charged
Tips:
- The air pump is not operational during charging process
- You need to buy the adaptor of acceptable security and quality on your own.
Switch on/off/Start
Switch on:
Press and hold the On/Off switch for 3 s to start the air pump.
Switch off:
With the product switched on, press and hold the On/Off switch for 3 s to turn
off the air pump.
Start:
With the product switched on, briefly press the Start button to initiate the
inflation process, and the inflation will start to work until the preset
pressure is reached.
With the product switched on, the air pump will turn itself off if no action
is taken within 3 min.
Connect high-pressure tube and valve stem
Quick tube connection
Turn the tube clockwise to tighten it, or counterclockwise to remove it.
American stule valve stem
Mountain bikes, e-bikes, motorcycles, and automobiles come with an American style valve stem.
Inflation: Connect the American style valve stem with the American style
valve stem port on the high-pressure tube,and you can start inflation.
Deflation: With an appropriate tool (e.g. 4 mm Allen key),press the
inflation needle inside the valve stem for deflation.
French style valve stem converter
Road bikes and certain mountain bikes require a French style valve stem converter during inflation.
Inflation:
- Connect the French style valve stem converter with the American style valve stem port on the high-pressure tube.
- Untighten the French style valve stem screw of the tire.
- Connect the French valve stem and the converter, and you can start the inflation.
Deflation: Untighten the screw at the mouth of the French style valve stem and press the stem, and you can perform deflation.
Ball needle
To inflate balls such as basketballs and soccer balls, a ball needle is required.
- Inflation: Hold the ball needle tightly against the American style valve stem, and insert the needle into the inflation hole in the ball for inflation.
- Deflation: Insert the needle directly into the hold will deflate the ball.
Tire pressure detection
With the air pump switched on, connect the air tube to the inspected object,
and the number shown in real time is current pressure value.
Tire pressure is displayed accurately up to +2 psi.
DC start
Connect the cigar lighter port of the vehicle and the DC port of the product
using a car adapter cable. Long-press the On/Off switch, and the DC icon will
light up . Now the power to the product is supplied by the cigar lighter.
Preset inflation tire pressure
Mode switch
Briefly press the mode button to toggle among five inflation modes on the display:
Unit switch
Press and hold the unit switch button, and you can switch the unit of pressure.
The formula for unit conversion is as follows:
1PSI=6.89KPA 1BAR=100KPA 1Kg/cm?=98KPA.
Fine adjustment of preset value
With the preset value selected, briefly press “+” or “” to adjust the preset pressure, or hold “+” or “-” to rapidly adjust it.
Note: Scenario switching and preset pressure will be saved automatically by the software. During the next time of use, all you need to do is switch the scenario,and the preset pressure will be assigned automatically.
Light
Upon start-up, briefly press the LED button: Gear 1 for constant lighting,
Gear 2 for flashing, and Gear 3 for sharp flashing. Briefly press it again to
turn it off.
Turning on the light helps you connect the valve stem lamp in the dark.
Inflation
Start
Briefly press the start/stop button to start inflation. The product emits
noise of over 75 dB during inflation. Please take appropriate measures against
it.
The high-pressure tube and the device will get hot after working for a long
time. Do not touch the high-pressure tube with your hands for too long.
Stop
When the pressure reaches the preset value, the inflation end icon lights up,
the buzzer rings, and the air pump stops inflation automatically. You can
briefly press the start/stop button during inflation to stop the process.
Special note
The inflation pressure of balloons, toy balls, swing rings and other similar
products is lower than the detectable range of the air pump, and hence the
inflation process can’t be stopped automatically by presetting the target
pressure. Please use it with caution.
Check inflation pressure
In an effort to ensure safety, please identify the pressure for the objects to be inflated via consulting the manuals or other manners, so as to avoid over- inflation that might lead to explosion and personal injury.
Automotive tires
The bearable pressure range of automotive tires is indicated on the side of
the tires.
The magnitude of inflation pressure depends on the load and the weight. Please
refer to the instructions of the relevant vehicles for more details on
pressure suggestions.
Bicycle tires
The bearable pressure range of bicycle tires is indicated on the side of the
tires.

Balls
For soccer balls, basketballs, volleyballs and other balls,the inflation pressure is indicated nearby the inflation hole. The magnitude of inflation pressure depends on the load and the weight. Please refer to the instructions of the relevant balls for more details on pressure suggestions.
Notes on safety under high temperature
The tube and the connection get very hot after long-term operation. Therefore, do not touch them with your hands for too long when removing the tube.
Pressure of common products
Tips: The recommended pressure range for inflation is for reference only.
The instructions of the inflated products shall prevail.

Pressure reset
Upon start-up, if the pressure actually measured is not 0, press and hold “+”
and *.” simultaneously for 2 s, and automatic reset is engaged, lighting all
characters on the display. The reset is completed after a countdown.
Note: The product is released reset. If the measured pressure is not zero due to elevation or sensor difference, manual resetting allows you to improve the pressure accuracy. Calibration is not recommended at high temperature.
Overheating protection
When the air pump reaches a temperature of 80°C or above, the overheating
protection will be activated, shutting down the pump, lighting the overheat
alarm icon, and rings the buzzer at high frequency. Pressing any button will
stop the buzzer. When the temperature of the air pump falls below 80°C, the
overheat alarm icon will go off, and the air pump can get back to work.
Power bank
The air pump may serve as a 5V/2A power bank when it has a high SoC and is not
being charged and inflating.
To serve as a power bank, the air pump has to be switched on and connected to
the object to be charged, and then the SoC icon will flash, indicating the
indication of charge mode.
