Assembly Instructions
- Required Tools (Not Included): Vehicle Hitch Receiver, Triangle Locking Pin, Key (16)
- Insert the mounting bracket into the vehicle hitch receiver and secure it with the triangle locking pin.
- Tighten the knob to ensure the bracket is securely fitted, then lock it using the provided key.
- Insert the buckle pin through the mounting bracket.
- Insert horizontal tubes to the side of the mounting bracket and secure them with M10 x 55 bolts.
- Attach M6 x 16 bolts to the horizontal tubes to prevent wheel holders from falling out.
- Slide wheel holders onto the horizontal tubes.
- Insert the long hook and short hook into the vertical tube, adjust to desired height, and lock in place.

READ ALL INSTRUCTION BEFORE USE
- Inspect the product before use. Do not use if damaged or with missing parts.
- Do not use the product for anything other than intended use.
- Do not exceed the maximum load capacity of the hitch rating, vehicle load limit, or more than 2 bikes.
- Always distribute the weight on the rack evenly.
- Ensure the rack and the loads do not block taillight or any vehicle safety equipment.
- Always ensure the loads on the rack and check frequently.
- Make sure all pins are secured before use.
- Apply reflector on the end of the carrier according to your state, or local vehicle regulation.
- There are small components used in the construction of this product. Loose items should be kept away from pets and children to avoid choking hazard.
- Keep all plastic bags and packaging film away from pets and children to avoid suffocation.
- Bikes must be securely tied to the rack with the included safety straps.
- Check the safety straps and replace it if it is worn.
- This rack is not recommended for off-road use or for use at speed exceeding 62mph (100 km/h).
- This rack is designed for fitting into a 2” hitch receiver only. Do not use any adapters or extenders.
- Before attaching the rack to your vehicle, make sure the vehicle is parked on a level ground with parking brake engaged.
- Check the rack regularly and make sure all bolts and knobs are thigten.
- When using the tilt down fucntion, hold the rack to prevent sudden drop which might cause an injury.

PACKAGE CONTENT
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTION

Insert the mounting bracket (1) into your vehicle hitch receiver, then secure the mounting bracket in place by inserting and thightening the provided triangle locking pin.

Tighten the knob and make sure the bracket is tightly fit into the vehicle hitch receiver, then use the key (16) to lock the turning knob.

Insert the buckle pin (15) through the mounting bracket.

Insert horizontal tubes (3) to the side of the mounting bracket.
Secure the horizontal tubes to the mounting bracket with M10 x 55 bolts (10). -
Insert the vertical tube (2) into the mounting bracket, and hold its position using the M10 x 60 bolts (12).

Slide wheel holders to the horizontal tube.

Attach M6 x 16 bolts (11) to the horizontal tube to prevent the wheel holders from accidentally falling out.

Slide the long hook (5) and then the short hook (4) into the vertical tube. Adjust the hooks to your desired height position and lock to secure it in place.
USER INSTRUCTION (LOADING THE BIKES)
Adjust wheel holders into your desire position, and put the bike on the rack. Make sure the hook is pressing against the bike frame, then use wheel straps (9) to tie the wheels to the wheel holders.
WARNING!
Before mounting the second bike ensure the first bike is secure, by gently
wobbling it to check it held in place firmly and not moving.
USER INSTRUCTION (LOADING THE BIKES)
LOOSE THE WHEEL STRAP
ATTENTION!
- Bikes must be securely straped on the rack during transportation.
- Locking knobs must be tighten after adjusting the position of the hooks.
- Load the heavier bike closer to the vehicle. Make sure the total weight of the bike load is within the weight capacity of the rack or that of the vehicle.
USER INSTRUCTION
NOTE: Use tie-down strap to tie the bike to the bike rack to provide extra security.
USER INSTRUCTION (TILT FUNCTION)
Tilt the rack forward for easier vehicle trunk access.
ATTENTION! WARNING!
- Tilt the rack slowly and make sure there are enough clearance for the vehicle trunk to open.
- Always return the rack to the level position after using the tilting function.
- It is recommended to unload the bike from the rack before tilting the rack.
USER INSTRUCTION (FOLDING FUNCTION)
Pull out the black pin and fold the vertical tube down first, then insert the pin to the horizontal position.
ATTENTION! WARNING!
Make sure the rack is install to the car receiver properly to prevent the rack
falling off the vehicle and creating potential road hazard.

Note : Press down the quick release on the mounting Bracket and fold up the bike rack

Make sure the rack is lock into the folded position after folding up.
