**WARNING! CAUTION!**
- Inspect the product before use. Do not use if damaged or with missing parts.
- Do not use the product for anything other than intended use.
- Do not exceed the maximum load capacity of the hitch rating, vehicle load limit, or more than 2 bikes.
- Always distribute the weight on the rack evenly.
- Ensure the rack and the load do not block taillight or any vehicle safety equipment.
- Always ensure the loads on the rack and check frequently.
- Make sure all pins are secured before use.
- Apply reflector on the end of the carrier according to your state, or local vehicle regulation.
There are small components used in the construction of this product.Loose
items should be kept away from pets and children to avoid a choking hazard.
Keep all plastic bags and packaging film away from pets and children to avoid
suffocation.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTION
NOTE: The nuts supplied with the rack have nylon thread locker at the end of each nut. Once the threads of the bolt reach the thread locker, you will feel resistance as you tighten the nut and bolt. Continue to tighten until it is secured.

Insert the end of tubes (5) on both side of connecting bracket (2).
Line up each holes on bracket (2) with bolts (10) and threads the nuts onto the bolt and securely tighten. -
Install the rack to the car by inserting the hitch connection into the 2” hitch receiver on the car. Line up the holes on the connector to those on the receiver. Insert a bolt (13) through the holes in the receiver and the rack connection. Tighten the bolt securely using a wrench.
Finally,Install the anti-rattle (14) hitch over the tube. -
Insert the connecting bracket (2) into S-square tube (1).
Line up the hold with long bolt (16) and insert bolt throngh each hole. Threads the nuts onto the bolt and securely tighten.
Finally, hitch the buckle pin (21) to secure the rack. -
Insert the tube (4) into the second hole of connecting bracket (2) with pin (3).

Install the bolt (15) through the top hole in connecting bracket (2) and the tube (4).
Use bolt (15) to cover the pull rope of red pin (3) according to the figure, and tighten the bolt securely using wrench. -
Install the covers (17) on the tube (5) and line up them with wheel holder (8,9) into the groove on the cover and tighten the knobs (12) of the wheel holders .

Install the covers (17) on the tube (4) and install bolts (11) through the holes with hooks (6,7) into the groove on the cover and tighten the knobs (12) of the hooks.
USER INSTRUCTION
LOADING THE BIKES
Adjust the wheel holder (8,9) in position, and put the bike on the rack.
Make sure the padded hooks (6,7) are pressing the bike frames, so that bikes
are held tightly.
In the end, secure the bike wheel to the bike with the stabilizer
straps.
ATTENTION!
- Safety strap is required at all time during transport.
- Make sure the knobs(12) on the hooks are locked after adjusting.
- Load the heavier bike closer to the vehicle.Make sure the total weight of the bike load is within the weight capacity of the rack or the vehicle.Overloading may result in damaging the product.
Put the bike on the rack and secure in plack with tie-down strap (18) to
provide extra security.LOWERING THE RACK FOR TAILGATE / BACK DOOR
Lowering Function:Remove the buckle pin(21), tilt down the carrier.
When using this feature, open the tailgate / back-door slowly and make sure
there is enough clearance between the tailgate / back-door and the rack to
prevent any damage on the vehicle.
WARNING:
The rack is not completely fixed after tilting, please pay attention to
safety!
WARNING:
- It’s not recommended to tilt down the carrier when it carries bikes.
- Do not attempt to lower the rack when bikes are loaded on the rack.
- Heavy load.Two person lift recommended for smart tilt feature.Improper technique may case muscle strain or back injury.
- Only use smart tilting feature when parked.
- Always return the rack to the level position and ensure it’s locked into plack before transport.
- Do not allow the rack to fall freely into tilt position.
ATTENTION! WARNING!
Failure to install the rack to the car receiver properly may result in the
rack separating from the receiver and fall onto the road way, causing
potential road hazard.
