Product Usage Instructions
Step 1: Deflate Tire & Prepare Sealant
Remove valve core from the valve stem. Attach the dispensing cap\ to the pouch and squeeze the contents into the tire using the included tool.
Step 2a: Attach Injector Tip
Thread the injector tip to the valve stem. Ensure the valve core is removed for proper injection.
Step 2b: Use Injector
Attach the injector to the valve stem and pour the sealant into the injector body. Use the injector plunger to inject the sealant into the valve stem.
Step 3: Finalize Installation
Re-install the valve core. Shake the pouch and pour any remaining sealant into the injector. Inflate the tire and drive slowly or rotate for several minutes to distribute the sealant.
Cleanup and Additional Tips
Use cold water to clean up any spillage. If the tire deflates, add an additional specified amount of TireJectTM Tire Sealant as per dosage guidelines and repeat the installation steps. For troubleshooting tips, visit tireject.com/help.

- Off-Road Wagon/Trailer Tires:
- Up to 26×10: 10oz
- Up to 32×11: 20oz
- Golf Cart Tires:
- Up to 18×8: 5oz
Installation Instruction
- STEP 1 Deflate the tyre & remove the valve core with the included tool
- STEP 2a (Pouch Dispensing Cap) Attach cap to pouch. Push hose over valve stem. Flip open stem of cap. Squeeze contents of pouch into tire
- STEP 2b (Injector) Attach injector to valve stem and pour into injector body, funnel/inject sealant into valve stem with injector plunger.
- STEP 3 Re-install valve core Inflate tire, drive slowly or rotate for several minutes
