Introduction

Short press the button: to power on (the LED display is on) & turn on wireless charging Double-click the button: turn off Long press for 5 seconds: turn on/off low current mode

*Note:

  1. USB-C port Low current mode output. The single digit on the LED display will display “O” in a cycle every 4~6 seconds.At this time, USB-C port output only SV, but the wireless charging output can fast charge for the device.
  2. Input power indication: The single digit on the LED display flash. When fast charging, the green lightning symbol is displayed.Output power indication: LED display is always on. (When the power is greater than 5% and the power is output quickly, the green lightning symbol is displayed.)LED display flashes indicator insufficient battery (battery less than 5%).When the battery is exhausted, the LED display will show 0%, and it will flash 4 times before shutting down.In case of abnormality (such as output over-current, output short circuit, temperature protection). The LED display wil l display 188, and it will shut down after flashing 4 times.

    The package is equipped with C-C cable,which can be connected with the charger or the computer to charge for Q10 Pro.

  6. Upon receiving the power bank, please fully discharge it before charging (do not charge in the middle of usage).

  7. Then charge the power bank until it reaches 100% capacity (do not use in the middle of charging).

  8. Repeat steps 1 and 2 two to three times to allow the digital display chip to calibrate and provide more accurate battery level readings while also maximizing battery performance. (After each full cycle, fully discharge before recharging).

Usual problems and solution

  1. Wireless charging does not charge
    • The product battery is too low, please charge the product again;
    • Charged products do not support wireless charging;
    • The product to be charged is too far away from the wireless charging area;
    • It is better to place the product to be charged on the wireless charging area;
    • This product internal circuit malfunction, please contact with the company after sales.
  2. The power bank does not work normally
    • The product battery is too low, please charge the product again;
    • The voltage of the charged product is not compatible with the output voltage of the product, Please check the voltage of the charged product;
    • The connection method between the filled product and the product is not correct;
    • Charging cable, charging adapter is damaged, please replace the charging cable or adapter;
    • This product internal circuit malfunction, please contact with the company after sales.
