Introduction

Short press the button: to power on (the LED display is on) & turn on wireless charging Double-click the button: turn off Long press for 5 seconds: turn on/off low current mode

*Note:

1. USB-C port Low current mode output. The single digit on the LED display will display “O” in a cycle every 4~6 seconds.At this time, USB-C port output only SV, but the wireless charging output can fast charge for the device.
2. Input power indication: The single digit on the LED display flash. When fast charging, the green lightning symbol is displayed.Output power indication: LED display is always on. (When the power is greater than 5% and the power is output quickly, the green lightning symbol is displayed.)LED display flashes indicator insufficient battery (battery less than 5%).When the battery is exhausted, the LED display will show 0%, and it will flash 4 times before shutting down.In case of abnormality (such as output over-current, output short circuit, temperature protection). The LED display wil l display 188, and it will shut down after flashing 4 times.

   Put the back of the iPhone 12 series or above against the wireless charging area to start wireless charging.

   AUow the mobile phone to used horizontally and vertically at ease.
   
   The magnetic function only adjusts the charging position.

4. Support wireless charging and usb-c port output at the same time
   
   *Note: When the USB-C port and wireless charging are output at the same time, the USB-C port output wilt automatically turn off the fast charging mode (9V / 12V} and switch to the SV voltage output mode. Wireless automatic switching to SW output.

5. Charge for Q10 Pro
   
   The package is equipped with C-C cable,which can be connected with the charger or the computer to charge for Q10 Pro.
   Instructions

6. Upon receiving the power bank, please fully discharge it before charging (do not charge in the middle of usage).

7. Then charge the power bank until it reaches 100% capacity (do not use in the middle of charging).

8. Repeat steps 1 and 2 two to three times to allow the digital display chip to calibrate and provide more accurate battery level readings while also maximizing battery performance. (After each full cycle, fully discharge before recharging).
   

Usual problems and solution

1. Wireless charging does not charge
   • The product battery is too low, please charge the product again;
   • Charged products do not support wireless charging;
   • The product to be charged is too far away from the wireless charging area;
   • It is better to place the product to be charged on the wireless charging area;
   • This product internal circuit malfunction, please contact with the company after sales.
2. The power bank does not work normally
   • The product battery is too low, please charge the product again;
   • The voltage of the charged product is not compatible with the output voltage of the product, Please check the voltage of the charged product;
   • The connection method between the filled product and the product is not correct;
   • Charging cable, charging adapter is damaged, please replace the charging cable or adapter;
   • This product internal circuit malfunction, please contact with the company after sales.

2. Do not throw the product into fire or liquid, and do not disassemble or modify the product without authorization.
3. Do not throw, knock or shake the product strongly, please store it in a dry place away from damp and corrosive items.
4. It can only be used in non-tropical environment, and below 2000m altitude.

IDMIX warrants that the product is at the time of its original purchase free of defects in workmanship and material.This Limited Warranty fou the product shall last for twelve (12) months from the date of original purchase.This original warranty card and original invoice must be presented at the time you require warranty service or such warranty will be voided.

This limited warranty is valid only if the product is used for the purpose for which it was designed. It does not apply to damage or loss caused by negligence;physical abuse;misuse;accident;exposure to moisture;dampness or extreme thermal; unauthorized modifications;unauthorized opening or extreme thermal of nature or other actions beyond the reasonable control of IDMIX. In case of when the warranty does not apply a repair or replacement charge will be incurred.The customer shall be responsible for sending the defective product to and collecting the repaired or replaced product from the service centre.
