Product Usage Instructions

Before Installation

1. All modifications must be installed by qualified personnel and in compliance with local regulations.
2. Refer to the OE Service Manual for proper disassembly/reassembly procedures.
3. Keep the stock hardware for future installations.

Installation Steps

1. Park the UTV on a clean, level surface and block the front wheels for safety. Apply the parking brake.
2. Jack up the front end to lift the front wheels off the ground. Support the frame with jack stands.
3. Remove the front wheels and tires.
4. Loosen the bolts and nuts of the front bottom shock.
5. Install the new bracket onto the factory shock mount using provided bolt, washer, and nut. Torque to 40 lb-ft.
6. Re-install the shock to the new bracket using provided bolt, washer, and nut. Torque to 40 lb-ft.
7. Repeat steps for the opposite side and reinstall wheels and tires.
8. Repeat the same installation process for the rear of the vehicle.

After Installation

1. An alignment by a certified professional is required.
2. Check hardware after the first 500 miles and then every 1000 miles for maintenance.

BEFORE INSTALLATION

• This kit includes front and rear strut brackets to provide a 2″ full lift.

KIT CONTENTS

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Park the UTV on a clean, level surface and block the front wheels for safety. Apply the parking brake.
2. Place a jack under the center of the front end and lift until the front wheels clear the ground. Support the frame with jack stands to make sure A-arms and shocks can droop to full extension.
3. Take off the front wheels and tires.
4. Loosen the bolts and nuts of the front bottom shock.
5. Install the new bracket onto the factory shock mount using provided bolt, washer, and nut. Torque to 40 lb-ft.
6. Re-install the shock to the new bracket using provided bolt, washer, and nut. Torque to 40 lb-ft.

7. Repeat on the opposite side. Put on the wheels and tires.
8. The rear installation is the same with the front.

AFTER INSTALLATION

An alignment by a certified alignment professional with experience in aligning lifted vehicles must be performed.
Check hardware after the first 500 miles and then every 1000 miles.
