BEFORE INSTALLATION
All modifications must be installed by qualified personnel and in compliance
with your local modification regulations.
Keep all stock hardware in case they need to be reused in later installation.
The leveling kit offers a 2 left in the front. Please notice that the height
of the strut spacer is not always equal to the actual lift height due to the
suspension geometry.

INSTRUCTIONS

Jack the front of the truck and support it with jack stands. Remove tires and wheels.

Open the engine hood. Take off the air filter bracket on passenger side. Next, loosen the 4 nuts and bolts of the strut top mount.

Remove the battery and fuse box by removing three 10mm bolts on driver side. Next, loosen the 4 nuts and bolts of the strut top mount.

Release the brake and ABS lines. Loosen the nut on the ball joint. Separate the ball joint from the upper control arm. Disconnect the sway bar end link by loosening the 18 mm bolt. Loosen the bolt on the strut bottom fork.
Disconnect the tie rod ball joint from the knuckle. Repeat on the opposite side. -
Take off the whole strut from the vehicle. Clean the strut top and Install the strut spacer on the top of the strut. Line up the bolts. You need to grind the factory strut top bolts down if they are too long. Repeat on the opposite side.

Install the strut with the spacer to the vehicle. Line up the bolt with the frame bracket. Tighten the top and bottom nuts and bolts to spec. Repeat on the opposite side.

Reconnect the upper ball joint and tie the rod joint to the knuckle.
Reconnect brake and ABS lines. Repeat on the opposite side. -
Reinstall the air filter bracket on the passenger side and the battery box on the driver side.

Put tires and wheels on. Remove the jack and jack stands. Lower the vehicle to the ground.
MAINTENANCE
Highly suggest drivers check the fastener after the first 30 miles and then inspect the nuts and bolts for tightness regularly.
