OVERVIEW
CHARGING
- Fully charge the earbuds and the case before first use with the supplied cable. We recommend using a standard 5V USB wall charger, laptop/PC or power bank.
- When the case is being charged, the display will show the current battery capacity level.
- Place the earbuds in the case; the indicator on the earbuds turn red, indicating charging. The indicator turns off when the earbuds are fully charged.
- Earbuds will sound an alert when the battery is low.
SETTING UP
- Take the earbuds out of the case; they will power on and sync with each other. Place them in your ears.
- On your connecting device, go to Settings, turn on Bluetooth and search for nearby devices.
- Select EPS-SHDIW to pair with the your device. The earbuds will confirm the connection with a voice prompt. From now on, any audio played on your device will be transmitted through the TWS earbuds.
NOTE:
- If EPS-SHDIW does not appear on the connecting device, retry from step 2.
- Your earbuds auto-turn off after 3 minutes of no connection. Place them in the charging case and restart from step 1 if needed.
- The earbuds can be paired with multiple devices, but can only play music from 1 paired device at a time.

| Play/Pause | Tap once. |
| Volume up | Tap 3 times on the Right earbud. |
| Volume down | Tap 3 times on the Left earbud. |
| Play next track | Tap twice on the Right earbud. |
| Play previous track | Tap twice on the Left earbud. |
| Answer/end call | Tap once. |
| Reject call | Tap and hold for 2 seconds. |
| Activate Voice Assistant (VA) | Tap and hold for 2 seconds until you hear |
VA’s bell sound.
SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
- Excessive volume can harm your hearing.
- Be cautious when using the device while walking, driving or cycling to prevent accidents.
- Caution: This product contains magnets that may interfere with pacemakers or other medical devices. Keep it away from individuals with such devices, and consult your doctor before use.
- Store out of reach of children and supervised individuals to prevent accidental ingestion.
- Clean using a soft, dry cloth.
- Avoid exposing the earbuds to damp, dusty or prolonged hot/sunny conditions.
- Extreme temperatures (below 0°C or above 45°C) may deform the device and diminish battery capacity and lifespan.
- Follow local laws for proper disposal and battery recycling; avoid putting it in kerbside bins.
TROUBLESHOOTING
- If sound is only coming from one earbud:
- Ensure both earbuds are charged.
- Reset synchronization by placing both earbuds back in the charging case, then take them out and wait until they sync. (If not synchronised, both earbuds flash red and blue; when synced, only one earbud flashes.)
- If earbuds won’t connect to other devices:
- Check that Bluetooth is enabled on your device.
- Confirm no other device is paired with the earbuds.
- Keep the earbuds next to the device during initial connection.
