ELECTRICAL SAFETY

  • WARNING! It is the user’s responsibility to check the following:
  • Check all electrical equipment and appliances to ensure that they are safe before use. Inspect power supply leads, plugs, and all electrical connections for wear and damage.
  • Dellonda recommends that an RCD (Residual Current Device) is used with all electrical products. You may obtain an RCD by contacting your electrical retailer.

  • If the cable or plug is damaged during use, switch off the electricity supply and remove it from use.
  • Replace a damaged plug with a BS1363/A 13 Amp 3-pin plug. If in doubt contact a qualified electrician.
  • Class II products are wired with live (brown) and neutral (blue) only, and are marked with the Class II symbol.
  • A) Connect the BROWN live wire to the live terminal ‘L’.
  • B) Connect the BLUE neutral wire to the neutral terminal ‘N’.
  • C) Check that there are no bare wires and ensure that all wires are correctly connected.
  • Ensure that the cable outer sheath extends inside the cable restraint and that the restraint is tight.
  • DO NOT connect either wire to the earth terminal.
  • Dellonda recommends that repairs be carried out by a qualified electrician.
  • ALWAYS make sure there are no hazards in the operating environment. e.g., nothing that will get hooked up on the desk, or stop the desk from raising or lowering fully.
  • Unplug the power source before cleaning. Wipe the dust on the surface with a slightly damp cloth when cleaning, DO NOT get water in the electrical housing, and be careful not to loosen any cables.
  • The electrical housing contains electronic components, metals, plastics, wires, etc., disposed of under environmental legislation, not the general household waste.
  • Check carefully to ensure correct and complete assembly before use.
  • Familiarise yourself with all functions and program settings of the product before first use.
  • DO NOT let Children play on the product
  • Slight noise caused by the V-ribbed belt or brake system due to structure will not have any effect on the use of the equipment.
  • DO NOT clean the unit with corrosive or abrasive materials.
  • This appliance can be used by children aged 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning the use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Children shall not play with the appliance.
  • If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent, or a similarly qualified person to avoid a hazard and prolong the life of the equipment.

Operation

There are seven buttons:

  1. ▲ Adjust desk upwards
  2. ▼Adjust desk downwards
  3. position 1 first height position saved by the user
  4. position 2-second height saved by the user
  5. the display shows 3 standing positions saved height
  6. the display shows 4 sitting positions saved height
  7. M” height saving button, for height memory function; child lock for security

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

Child lock function:

  • a. When the child lock is turned on, the child lock blue indicator light M (directly above) lights up
  • b. Press the button indicator to flash once
  • c. To unlock or start the child lock, you need to press and hold the M button for about 5 seconds.
  • d. Only when the child lock is unlocked, all the buttons can work normally.

Height Adjustable Function:

  • Press the” UP” or “DOWN” button to adjust the height. The LED display shows the current height

Height Memory Function:

  • a. Press the UP or DOWN button and adjust the height to the desired height. Press “M” to save the height, and the screen will display “S-“;
  • Press “1”, “2”, or, “ “, “ “ then, that is, save the height to the corresponding position 1 or 2 3, or 4, which will show in the display screen as “ S-1“,” S-2 “, or “S-3 “, or “S-4 “;
  • b. Press the “1”, “2” and “ “, “ “buttons directly to automatically adjust the memory height you saved.

Anti-collision sensitivity adjustment – optional features:

  • a. Press and hold the “▲” “▼” button for 5 seconds at the same time to switch the sensitivity. Switch one file for 1 time and divide it into 4 files (A-3, A-2, A-1, A-0);
  • b. The display shows “A-0 ” , the anti-collision function is off; the display shows “A-1 ”, low sensitivity; Display shows “A-2”, medium sensitivity; display shows“A-3”, high sensitivity;
  • c. During height adjustment, when the tabletop comes in contact with another object, it instantly stops and reverses to avoid damage.
  • d. Press and hold the “▲” “▼” button for 5 seconds at the same time. If the display does not display the above code, there is no anti-collision function.

Troubleshooting

  • Reset  a. When the LED shows “ASr” or “rSt”, press ▼ the button until the desk reaches its lowest height and rebounds to stop, it means the reset has finished.
  • b. If a reset does not work and the LED shows “E01” or “E02”, wait 18 mins and retry.
  • c. If the ▼ button does not work, please check the cable connection and then remove the main power supply for at least 10 seconds.
  • Reconnect to the power and press ▼ the button to start the reset process when it shows the “ASr” or “rSt”.
  • d. If any of the above processes do not work, please contact Dellonda.

COMMON FAULTS/ SOLUTIONS:

Rises slowly| 1.  Check If overloaded (70kg max.)

Desk lowers but will not raise| 1.  Reposition

The desk is overworked (duty cycle = max. 2 mins on 18 mins off)| 1. Disconnect from mains supply. Suspend use for 18 mins then reconnect to mains power

Not enough up and down height| 1. Press M and 3 together for 3 seconds or more, after hearing continuous beeping twice, factory settings will be restored
