Product Usage Instructions
Connect to a Computer
Ensure the Wireless USB Adapter is plugged into an available USB port on
your computer.
Install Driver
- Open My Computer or This PC on your computer.
- Insert the TP-Link CD-ROM that came with the adapter.
- Run SetupInstall.exe to install the driver. Follow on-screen instructions.
- You may need to provide your Windows administrator account credentials during installation.
Join a Wireless Network
- Click on the network icon located on the taskbar.
- Select your Wi-Fi network from the list and click “Connect”.
- Enter the password for the network when prompted.
Troubleshooting
If you encounter any issues during installation or connection, please refer
to the troubleshooting section in the manual or visit the manufacturer’s
website for support.
Connect to a Computer
Install Driver
- a. Go to My Computer or This PC.
- b. Double click the TP-Link CD-ROM then run SetupInstall.exe to install driver. Notes:
- If you cannot find the setup program, please download the driver at www.tp-link.com/support.
- If an unknown publisher message pops up, select Yes to continue.
- If Windows User Account Control requires admin credentials, type user name and password of your Windows administrator account.
Join a Wireless Network
- a. Click the network icon on the taskbar (the icon might look like one of these:
- b. Select your Wi-Fi network, click Connect and enter the password when prompted.
