Account Setup

Download and launch the PowerFlex App from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
Enter your email address to create an account.
If your workplace limits access to employees or offers discounts, sign up with your work email and verify it.
Your account is set up. You can now start using the app.
- Optionally, set up biometric login and notifications.

How do I Start Charging?

Tap on the Start Charging tab.
Locate and scan the QR code on the charging station or enter the QR code number.
Review charge preferences and pricing details, then tap Continue to start charging.

How do I Edit Charge Preferences?

Enter the amount of charge needed in kilowatt-hours (kWh).
If you enter your vehicle details, you can set the charge level by miles or until full.
Entering the time you wish to stay helps optimize charging and prevent waitlists and idle fees.

How do I Add Funds?

Load funds into your PowerFlex Wallet for a one-time payment or set up auto-refill.
Multiple payment options are supported including PayPal, Apple Pay, and credit cards.

How do I Find Chargers?

Easily locate available chargers on the Location tab.

How do I View Sessions?

Monitor charging progress, energy price, and more in the View Sessions tab after plugging in your car.

START CHARGING

Tap on the Start Charging tab.
Locate and scan the QR code on the charging station or enter the QR code number. Review charge preferences and pricing details, then tap Continue to start charging.

EDIT CHARGE PREFERENCES

Enter the amount of charge you need in kilowatt-hours (kWh).
If you enter your vehicle details, you can set the charge level by miles or “until full.”
Entering the amount of time you wish to stay allows us to optimize charging to put less stress on your battery, and help you avoid waitlists and idle fees.

Load funds into your PowerFlex Wallet for a one-time payment, or set up auto-refill.
We support multiple payment options including PayPal, Apple Pay, and credit cards.

How do I …?

FIND CHARGERS

Easily locate available chargers on the Location tab:

Map pins show the total number of stations at a site
Colors around the pin indicate station availability
Filter locations by availability, con-nector type, and price
Tapping on a map pin will show location details, price schedules, and directions to the location

VIEW SESSIONS

Once your car is plugged in, charging will begin. It may take a few minutes for the amps to fully ramp up.
Monitor charging progress, energy price, and more in the View Sessions tab.
