Turn on the Device
Press and hold the power button to turn on the device
Connect products WIFI
3.1, Open the App and click

your mobile phone to the produce WiFi and select “earpick xxxx”

returning to the APP, click the button below to use it
Problem and solution

a black screen| Turn off the 4G/5G network of the mobile phone, fully charge
the ear spoon, restart it and connect it again
The camera light does not light up after starting| Restart the ear scoop
after charging
Unable to search ear scoop WiFi| Please confirm whether the ear scoop is
powered on and refresh the mobile phone WiFi list
The indicator does not light up when charging| Please change the charging line
Display network refused to join when connecting to WiFi| Restart the ear spoon
and connect it again. Only one mobile phone is allowed to connect to the ear
spoon WiFi
When the iOS mobile phone enters the APP, it will pop up to allow “Color Ear”
to use wireless data?| Please select “Wireless LAN and cellular network”
The Android mobile phone pop-up box prompts that the current WLAN cannot
access the Internet normally. Do you want to disconnect/switch the data
network auxiliary connection?| Please do not switch the ear scoop WiFi and
select “Keep connected”
Apple does not display images after connecting to the device hotspot| Please
open “Local Network” in Settings – “Visual Earpick”
