INSTALLATION INSTRUCTION
Schematic diagram of the completed framework installation

Step 1: Check the material and arrange corresponding materials according to the frame position.
Note: “1”, “2”, “3”, and “4”, are steel stamp labels. -
Step 2 : Assemble the first set of frames, Assemble the first set of frames, if”1″by”1″, “2”by”2″. Use M10 * 9( bolts and M10 nuts to connect steel components.

Step 3: Assemble the second set of frames, Assemble the first set of frames, if”1″by”1″, “2”by”2″. Use M10 * 90 bolts and M10 nuts to connect steel components.

Step 4: Assemble the third set of frames, Assemble the first set of frames, if”1″by”1″, “2”by”2″. Use M10 * 90 bolts and M10 nuts to connect steel components

Step 5: Pierce the roof spinal canal 2250 on the first frame , And install it properly End components -C1 , Connector-C2 , Pay attention to the direction during installation and tighten with hexagonal bolts MI0 * 90

Step 6 : Insert the spinal canal 2150 into the second frame Pay attention to the direction during installation and tighten with hexagonal bolts M10 * 90

Step 7 : Insert the spinal canal 1650 into the third frame, And install it properly End components -Cl , Connector-C2 , Pay attention to the direction during installation and tighten with hexagonal bolts M10 * 90
Note: “5”, are steel stamp labels. -
Step 8 : Splicing the first and second frames, Tighten using hexagonal bolts M10 90; Install the eaves pipe 1984 according to the diagram, and tighten it with hexagonal head bolts M10 90

Step 9 : Splicing the third set of frames with the previously assembled frames, Tighten using hexagonal bolts M10 90; Install the eaves pipe 1984 according to the diagram, and tighten it with hexagonal head bolts M10 90.

Step 10: First fix the base in the corners, and then adjust the position of other bases according to the drawing dimensions. Use expansion bolts M16 150 or wooden screws M6 40 to fix them.

Step 11: After confirming the correct installation of each component, tighten all bolts on the frame.

Step 12 : Spread the outer top cloth and cover it on the frame. The wider side of the tensioner is towards the doorway, with the tensioner facing inward. After placing the top cloth in place, do not tighten the tensioner temporarily.

Step 13: Assemble the outer top cloth tightening rod, connect two outer top cloth tightening rods through the connecting pipe of the tightening rod, and tighten them with hexagonal bolts M8 * 60.

Step 14: Insert the tightening rod of the outer top cloth into the cloth bags on both sides of the outer top cloth. When passing through the gap on the back of the cloth bag, insert the nylon strap of the fastener. The fastener is inserted into the buckle of the top cloth fixing connector of the nomadic mini, and is not tightened temporarily.

Step 15: Thread the nylon straps at both ends of the outer roof ridge into the 1.5-inch fastener. The fastener is stuck into the auxiliary connector of the nomadic mini fastener. Don’t tighten it temporarily. Put on the tensioner on the top cloth and do not tighten it temporarily.

Step 16: Insert the inner capsule tightening rod into the top cloth bag of the inner capsule, use a nomadic mini tensioner to pass through the ridge tube and the inner capsule tightening rod, and tighten it to the bottom of the inner capsule until the ground cushion is flat.

Step 17 : Insert the inner capsule tightening rod into the cloth bag at the eaves of the inner capsule, use a nomadic mini tensioner to pass through the eaves tube and the inner capsule tightening rod, and tighten it to the bottom of the inner capsule until the floor mat is flat.

Step 18: Place the fixed base plate in the bottom cloth bag of the inner capsule, and use the cross groove pan head self tapping self drilling screw ST4.2 * 16 to fix and install

Step 19: Tighten the tensioner on the eaves of the inner capsule and tighten the inner capsule side wall.

Step 20: Tighten the outer top cloth. First tighten the fasteners at the front and rear ends, and then tighten the fasteners on the left and right sides. When tightening, adjust symmetrically until the outer top cloth is tight.

Step 21: Tighten the tensioner on the outer top cloth.
