INSTALLATION INSTRUCTION

Step 1: For the convenience of installation, first place the steel components and fittings in the corresponding positions according to the schematic diagram of the completed frame installation, and corresponding quantities in the table.
Note: “1”, “2”, “3”, “4” are steel stamp labels. -
Step 2: Assemble the first set of frames on the ground as shown in the figure. During assembly, the steel seal number at the end of the pipe fittings should be consistent with the steel seal number at the connection position of the steel components, such as “I” for “I”, “2” for “2”, etc. Use hexagonal bolts M10 * 90 to connect steel components and pipes. First, tighten the bolts and nuts without tightening them temporarily.

Step 3: Assemble the second set of frames on the ground as shown in the figure. During assembly, the steel seal number at the end of the pipe fittings should be consistent with the steel seal number at the connection position of the steel components, such as “1” for “1”, “2” for “2” , etc. Use hexagonal bolts M10 * 90 to connect steel components and pipes. First, tighten the bolts and nuts without tightening them temporarily.

Step 4: Thread 2450 (front) of the ridge pipe of the nomadic mini into the four-way connector C3 at the top of the first frame, and install the top end of the nomadic mini – Cl and the auxiliary connector of the nomadic mini fastener – C2. Pay attention to the direction during installation and tighten it with a hexagonal bolt MI0 * 90.

Step 5: Thread 2450 (rear) of the ridge pipe of the nomadic mini into the four-way connector C3 at the top of the second frame, and install the top end of the nomadic mini – Cl and the auxiliary connector of the nomadic mini fastener – C2. Pay attention to the
direction during installation and tighten it with a hexagonal bolt M10 * 90 .
Note: “5” is the steel stamp number -
Step 6: Splice the two sets of frames according to the diagram, and move the two sets of frames of the nomadic mini house into place. Tighten them with hexagonal bolts M10 90; Install the nomadic mini roof eaves pipe 2984 on the left B2 and right B3 connectors of the nomadic mini cross, and tighten them with hexagonal bolts M10 90.

Step 7: First fix the base in the corner, then adjust the position of other bases according to the drawing dimensions, and use expansion bolts M16 150 or wooden screws M6 40 to fix.

Step 8: After confirming the correct installation of each component, tighten all bolts on the frame.

Step 9: Spread the outer top cloth and cover it on the frame. The wider side of the tensioner is towards the doorway, with the tensioner facing inward. After placing the top cloth in place, do not tighten the tensioner temporarily.

Step 10: Assemble the outer top cloth tightening rod, connect two outer top cloth tightening rods through the connecting pipe of the tightening rod, and tighten them with hexagonal bolts M8 * 40.

Step 11: Insert the tightening rod of the outer top cloth into the cloth bags on both sides of the outer top cloth. When passing through the gap on the back of the cloth bag, insert the nylon strap of the fastener. The fastener is inserted into the buckle of the top cloth fixing connector of the nomadic mini, and is not tightened temporarily.

Step 12: Thread the nylon straps at both ends of the outer roof ridge into the 1.5-inch fastener. The fastener is stuck into the auxiliary connector of the nomadic mini fastener. Don’t tighten it temporarily. Put on the tensioner on the top cloth and do not tighten it temporarily.

Step 13: Insert the inner capsule tightening rod into the top cloth bag of the inner capsule, use a nomadic mini tensioner to pass through the ridge tube and the inner capsule tightening rod, and tighten it to the bottom of the inner capsule until the ground cushion is flat.

Step 14: Insert the inner capsule tightening rod into the cloth bag at the eaves of the inner capsule, use a nomadic mini tensioner to pass through the eaves tube and the inner capsule tightening rod, and tighten it to the bottom of the inner capsule until the
floor mat is flat. -
Step 15: Place the fixed base plate in the bottom cloth bag of the inner capsule, and use the cross groove pan head self tapping self drilling screw S14. 2 * 16 to fix and install.

Step 16: Tighten the tensioner on the eaves of the inner capsule and tighten the inner capsule side wall.

Step 17: Tighten the outer top cloth. First tighten the fasteners at the front and rear ends, and then tighten the fasteners on the left and right sides. When tightening, adjust symmetrically until the outer top cloth is tight.

Step 18: Tighten the tensioner on the outer top cloth.
FAQ
What should be done if the frame components do not align?
Check the steel seal numbers and ensure they correspond with the schematic diagram. Adjust the positioning and tighten the bolts and nuts temporarily.
How should the tensioner be positioned?
The wider side of the tensioner should be towards the doorway, facing inward.
What hardware is used to fix the base in place?
Use expansion bolts M16 150 or wooden screws M6 40 to fix the base in place, according to the drawing dimensions.
When should the bolts on the frame be fully tightened?
