The luggage scale has been developed so that you can take it with you wherever you go when travelling. Know in advance how much your luggage weighs and avoid excess baggage charges.

Capacity: 50 kg
Measured value subdivision: 10 g
Power supply: 1 CR2032 button cell

kg, lb & oz adjustable
Tare function & automatic switch-off
Display for battery level and overload

Instructions for use:
  • To use the scale for the first time, open the battery compartment (6) and remove the contact breaker.
  • Press the switch-on and function button (2) to switch on the luggage scale. A signal tone sounds and 88.8.8 is displayed.
  • Press the power and function button (2) twice quickly to switch between kg, lb and oz as the weight unit (11). The display shows 0.00.
  • Guide the strap (5) through the handle of the piece of luggage to be weighed and attach the hook (4) of the strap to the triangular ring (3).
  • Lift the object until the weight is displayed.

The weight is saved with a signal tone when a stable state is reached and the total weight is shown on the LCD display (9, 10). The luggage scale switches off automatically after 60 seconds or can be switched off manually. If you want to switch off the scales manually, press and hold the switch-on and function button (2) for 3 seconds.

Tare function:

Once the weight has been saved, press the on and function button (2), as soon as a T (7) appears on the display, this means that the scales are in tare mode.
If you move the item of luggage to be weighed after setting it to tare mode, the mark – (8)appears on the display. The value displayed is the weight of the object being moved.
Set down the item of luggage to be weighed and press the on and function button (2) to exit tare mode. The T (7) and – (8) markings are deleted. The display shows 0.00 again.

Comments:

The smallest measurable unit is 50 g. The luggage scale only displays weights greater than or equal to 50 g. The maximum weight is 50 kg. If the piece of luggage weighed is over 50 kg, the display shows Err. Stop the weighing process immediately to avoid irreversible damage to the luggage scale due to overloading.

Tip:
For best results, hold the luggage scale horizontally and avoid touching the metal rod with your fingers.
