Product Usage Instructions
Setting Up
- Take the earbuds out of the case; they will power on and sync with each other. Place them in your ears.
- On your connecting device, go to Settings, turn on Bluetooth, and search for nearby devices.
- Select EPS-CSWLC to pair with your device. The earbuds will confirm the connection with a voice prompt. From now on, any audio played on your device will be transmitted through the TWS earbuds.
Function Operations
- Power on TWS Earbuds: Press and hold (approximately 3 seconds) until the earbud powers on.
- Power off: Press and hold (approximately 3 seconds) until the earbud powers off.
- Play/pause: Tap once.
- Volume up: Tap 3 times on the Right earbud.
- Volume down: Tap 3 times on the Left earbud.
- Play next track: Tap twice on the Right earbud.
- Play the previous track: Tap twice on the Left earbud.
- Answer/end call: Tap once.
- Reject call: Tap and hold for 2 seconds.
- Activate Voice Assistant (VA): Tap and hold for 2 seconds until you hear VA’s bell sound.

OVERVIEW
CHARGING
- Fully charge the earbuds and the case before first use with the supplied cable. We recommend using a standard 5V USB wall charger, laptop/PC or powerbank.
- Alternatively, place the back of the charging case on a compatible wireless charger.
- NOTE: Ensure proper alignment for efficient charging. Misalignment may result in slower charging or failure to charge.
- The 4 blue charging indicators on the case, from left to right, show battery levels from low to high. They flash while charging and stay static when fully charged.
- Place the earbuds in the case; the LEDs on the earbud turn red, indicating charging. The indicators turn off when the earbuds are fully charged.
- Earbuds will sound an alert when the battery is low.

- Take the earbuds out of the case; they will power on and sync with each other. Place them in your ears.
- On your connecting device, go to Settings, turn on Bluetooth, and search for nearby devices.
- Select EPS-CSWLC to pair with your device. The earbuds will confirm the connection with a voice prompt. From now on, any audio played on your device will be transmitted through the TWS earbuds.
NOTE:
- If EPS-CSWLC does not appear on the connecting device, retry from step 2.
- Your earbuds auto-turn off after 3 minutes of no connection. Place them in the charging case and restart from step 1 if needed.
- The earbuds can be paired with multiple devices, but can only play music from 1 paired device at a time.

SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
- Excessive volume can harm your hearing.
- Be cautious when using the device while walking, driving, or cycling to prevent accidents.
- Caution: This product contains magnets that may interfere with pacemakers or other medical devices. Keep it away from individuals with such devices, and consult your doctor before use.
- Store out of reach of children and supervise individuals to prevent accidental ingestion.
- Clean using a soft, dry cloth.
- Avoid exposing the headphones to damp, dusty, or prolonged hot/sunny conditions.
- Extreme temperatures (below 0°C or above 45°C) may deform the device and diminish battery capacity and lifespan.
- Follow local laws for proper disposal and battery recycling; avoid putting it in curbside bins.
TROUBLESHOOTING
- If the sound is only coming from one earbud:
- Ensure both earbuds are charged.
- Reset synchronization by placing both earbuds back in the charging case, then take them out and wait until they sync.
- (If not synchronized, both earbuds flash red and blue; when synced, only one earbud flashes.)
- If earbuds won’t connect to other devices:
- Check that Bluetooth is enabled on your device.
- Confirm no other device is paired with the earbuds.
- Keep the earbuds near the device during connection, staying within the 10m range.
