Product Usage Instructions

Setting Up

Take the earbuds out of the case; they will power on and sync with each other. Place them in your ears.
On your connecting device, go to Settings, turn on Bluetooth, and search for nearby devices.
Select EPS-EBDIS to pair with your device. The earbuds will confirm the connection with a sound at a time.

Function and Operation

Power on: Press and hold (approximately 3 seconds) until the earbud powers on.
Power off: Press and hold (approximately 3 seconds) until the earbud powers off.
Play/pause: Tap once.
Volume up: Tap 3 times on the Right earphone.
Volume down: Tap 3 times on the Left earphone.
Play the next track: Tap twice on the Right earphone.
Play the previous track: Tap twice on the Left earphone.
Answer/end call: Tap once.
Reject call: Tap and hold for 2 seconds.
Activate Voice Assistant (VA): Tap and hold for 2 seconds until you hear VA’s bell sound.

CHARGING

Fully charge the earbuds and the case before first use with the supplied cable. We recommend using a standard 5V USB wall charger, laptop/PC or powerbank.
When the case is being charged, the indicator light next to the charging port will show red; the display on the case will show the current battery capacity level.
Place the earbuds in the case; the indicator on the earbuds turns red, indicating charging. The indicator turns off when the earbuds are fully charged.
Earbuds will sound an alert when the battery is low.

SETTING UP

Take the earbuds out of the case; they will power on and sync with each other. Place them in your ears.
On your connecting device, go to Settings, turn on Bluetooth, and search for nearby devices.
Select EPS-EBDIS to pair with your device. The earbuds will confirm the connection with a voice prompt. From now on, any audio played on your device will be transmitted through the TWS earbuds.

NOTE:

If EPS-EBDIS does not appear on the connecting device, retry from step 2.
Your earbuds auto-turn off after 3 minutes of no connection. Place them in the charging case and restart from step 1 if needed.
The earbuds can be paired with multiple devices, but can only play music from 1 paired device at a time.

Play/pause	Tap once.
Volume up	Tap 3 times on the Right earphone.

Answer/end call	Tap once.

SAFETY PRECAUTIONS

Excessive volume can harm your hearing.
Be cautious when using the device while walking, driving, or cycling to prevent accidents.
Caution: This product contains magnets that may interfere with pacemakers or other medical devices. Keep it away from individuals with such devices, and consult your doctor before use.
Store out of reach of children and supervise individuals to prevent accidental ingestion.
Clean using a soft, dry cloth.
Avoid exposing the earbuds to damp, dusty, or prolonged hot/sunny conditions.
Extreme temperatures (below 0°C or above 45°C) may deform the device and diminish battery capacity and lifespan.
Follow local laws for proper disposal and battery recycling; avoid putting it in curbside bins.

TROUBLESHOOTING

If the sound is only coming from one earbud:
Ensure both earbuds are charged.
Reset synchronization by placing both earbuds back in the charging case, then take them out and wait until they sync.
(If not synchronized, both earbuds flash red and blue; when synced, only one earbud flashes.)
If earbuds won’t connect to other devices:
Check that Bluetooth is enabled on your device.
Confirm no other device is paired with the earbuds.
Keep the earbuds next to the device during the initial connection.
