Product Usage Instructions
Race Weekend Schedule
Friday, May 31: Optional bib pickup from 3 pm-6:30 pm at Fleet Feet
Laguna Niguel. Special promo code available if picked up on Thursday.
Saturday, June 1: Runners can arrive at 7 am for bib pickup and check-in.
Races start at 8 am with the event ending at 2:30 pm.

Whiting Ranch Wilderness Park, 27901 Glenn Ranch Road, Trabuco Canyon, CA.

Aid Stations
- 30K Course: Multiple aid stations along the route, including start line aid station and finish line.
- Half Marathon Course: Aid stations at key distances with a cut-off time of 6.5 hours.
- 10K Course: Aid stations at various points leading to the finish line.
What’s at Each Aid Station
A variety of snacks including sweet and salty options, PB&J sandwiches,
fresh fruit, GU gels, electrolytes, and hydration options.
Finish Line & Post-Race Info
Bring a chair to relax post-race. Refill reusable bottles at gallon jugs
provided instead of single-use bottles. Enjoy post-race food and snacks.
Rules & Responsibilities
- Do not litter. Dispose of trash only at designated areas.
- Use reusable cups or bottles as the event is cup-less. Find them at running stores or REI.
- Be respectful to all participants, volunteers, and trail users to avoid disqualification.
- Arrive on time for the race to ensure safety and compliance with permits.

PARKING
On race morning pay special attention to my parking crew. They will direct you into a parking spot. We HIGHLY ENCOURAGE to come to the bib pickup on Thursday so we can expedite everyone getting situated. If you picked up your pass on Thursday, please have it with you on your dashboard. Otherwise, Parking is $5. PLEASE BRING EXACT CHANGE. Your OC PARKS PASS IS NOT VALID FOR THIS SPECIAL EVENT. Rest assured every dollar goes back to your parks so they can continue keeping our trails beautiful and the facilities maintained!

I will provide you with post-race food and snacks. We are trying to reduce our
footprint, so we will not have single-use bottled water. Please fill up your
reusable bottle from my gallon jugs at the finish. Please bring a chair and
hang out. til the race ends It will be a fun, beautiful day!
RULES + RESPONSIBILITIES

NO LITTERING. 99% of you would never think of it, but it must be said. DO NOT ever drop trash anywhere other than in a trash bag, at an aid station. If trash is seen on the trail, I could lose permits!

WE ARE CUPLESS. Please bring a reusable cup/hydration pack/bottle. Find them at running stores
(including Fleet Feet where we will have bib pickup) & REI. -
BE NICE, BE KIND, OR BE CUT. Be nice to each other, be nice to the volunteers, be nice to other trail users – or be disqualified. KHRaces does not tolerate abuse of any kind, to anyone.

BE ON TIME. We cannot allow runners to start the race late. Please arrive with enough time to get your bib, get settled and get to the start line on time. This is for your safety and is required by our permit.

BE CLEAN. Volunteers will use tongs to hand out snacks, etc. Runners must open & close their packs/handhelds and volunteers will fill them with whatever liquids they need.

BE AWARE. Music/headphones are OK, but keep the volume low & be aware of guidance from aid station volunteers, other runners & trail users.

TREKKING POLES. Trekking poles are OK as long as you are extremely careful of other runners & trail users, especially on singletrack.

Whiting Ranch is located in South Orange County. Camping is available nearby via OCParks’ online registration system. There is no camping onsite.

- A: Registration on the day of the race is not available. Please register in advance to secure your spot.
