WARNING – To reduce the risk of burns, fire, electric shock, or injury to persons:
- A treadmill should never be left unattended or plugged in. Unplug from outlet when not in use, and before putting on or taking off parts.
- Do not operate under a blanket or pillow. Excessive heating can occur and cause fire, electric shock, or injury to persons.
- Close supervision is necessary when this treadmill is used by, on, or near children, invalids, or disabled persons.
- Use this treadmill only for its intended use as described in this manual. Do not use attachments not recommended by the manufacturer.
- Never operate this treadmill if it has a damaged cord or plug if it is not working properly, if it has been dropped or damaged, or dropped into water. Return the treadmill to a service center for examination and repair.
- Do not carry this treadmill by supply cord or use cord as a handle.
- Keep the cord away from heated surfaces.
- Never operate the treadmill with the air openings blocked. Keep the air openings free of lint, hair, and the like.
- Never drop or insert any object into any opening.
- Do not use outdoors.
- Do not operate where aerosol (spray) products are being used or where oxygen is being administered.
- Caution – To reduce the risk of injury from moving parts – Unplug before servicing.
- Warning – To reduce the risk of Electricshock – Unplug before cleaning or servicing.
- Warning – Risk of personal injury – Keep children under the age of 13 away from the machine.
- To disconnect, turn all controls to the position, then remove the plug from the outlet.
- Connect this treadmill to a proper outlet only. See grounding instructions.
- This treadmill is not intended for use by persons with reduces physical, sensory, or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning the use of the treadmill by a person responsible for their safety. Keep children under the age of 13 away from this machine.
- The maximum weight capacity for this product is 265 lbs/120 kg. DO NOT EXCEED MAXIMUM WEIGHT CAPACITY.

GROUNDING INSTRUCTIONS
This product must be grounded. If it should malfunction or break down,
grounding provides a path of least resistance for electric current to reduce
the risk of electricity and a grounding plug. The plug must be plugged into an
appropriate outlet that is properly installed and grounded per all local codes
and ordinances.
DANGER – Improper connection of the equipment-grounding conductor can result in a risk of electric shock. Check with a qualified electrician or serviceman if you are in doubt as to whether the product is properly grounded. Do not modify the plug provided with the product – if it will not fit the outlet, have the proper outlet installed by a qualified electrician.

PRODUCT INTRODUCTION
HOW TO USE
Unfolded To Run (Speed range: 0.6- 7.6 mph)
- Unbox to take out the treadmill with the related accessories, then place the treadmill on flat ground.
- Rotate the handrail switch out in the direction shown in the figure and place it aside, with the same operation on both sides.
- Lift the handrail as shown in the figure, aligning the handrail clamp iron with the bottom frame bolt hole.
- Lock the handrail switch into the alignment hole, and operate the same left and right.
- Insert tablet mount refer to arrow sign.
- Plug in the power cord to the power connector.
- Power on and start running.
- Note: Before use, it is necessary to install the battery in the accessory package into the lower battery slot of the handrail. As shown in the figure, open the battery cover and press the positive and negative positions to install the battery.
Folded To Walk (Speed range: 0.6 – 4.0mph)
- Detach the tablet mount.
- Fold down hand I bar subassembly under the reverse procedure.
- Enjoy walking exercises with a remote control.
Note: To enhance the customer’s incline experience, this treadmill has a
manual incline component, as shown in the figure. When the component is
opened, the incline is 1.5 degrees and the height is increased by 28mm
.
Safety Key
In any emergency occurs, the treadmill stops automatically and shows” —” when
the safety key is pulled out from the console.
NOTE: Find the clip (A) onto the waistband of your clothes, and another
key (B)magnetic attracted under the console.
Transportation
- If transportation is needed, please unplug the power cord and tablet mount before lifting the terminal of the treadmill
- Easy to transport treadmill with bottom transportation wheel assists, like a wheelbarrow.
NOTE: Before moving and storage, please make sure the power switch into off and the power cord is unplugged.
OPERATION
Console
Touch button feature
Standby Mode
If the pause time is over 10 minutes, it will switch to “standby mode”
automatically. In standby mode, not only console light off but also previous
workout datas will be erased to Zero, you can weak up the console by touching
any button.
Display Screen
As you walk on or run on the treadmill, the display can show the following workout information:

Note: Autonomy is 99 minutes. You have to re-start treadmill, in case your exercise time is over 99 minutes, and previous workout data will be erased and recounted accordingly.
Remote Control
FUNCTIONS OF THE REMOTE CONTROL KEY
CARE & MAINTENANCE
Symptom : walk belt off centered or slips.
The centering walk belt process is as follows:
- Power off the treadmill and unplug the power cord.
- The manual centering process is as follows:
- If the walking belt has shifted to the left, use the hex tool to turn the left idler roller screw clockwise 1/4 of a turn(refer to Figure 1 ).
- If the walking belt has shifted to the right, use the hex tool to turn the right idler roller screw clockwise 1/4 of turn(refer to figure 2).
- Treadmill MUST work for 1-2 minutes. Repeat the manual centering process until the walking belt is centered.
The belt slip-correcting process is as follows:
- Power off the treadmill before operation.
- Using the hex tool, turn both idler roller screws clockwise 1/2 of the turn(refer to Figure 3).
- After correcting, please attempt to walk 1-2 minutes under a 2-3mph speed setting. Repeat until the walking belt is properly tightened.
Note: The Tread-belt should not be adjusted too tightly, otherwise it will be damaged.
Attention
- To prevent any injury, don’t place any debris around the treadmill before the maintenance process.
- MUST use the associated hex tool.
- Take care of the maintenance process. Do not pinch your fingers.
Belt lubrication process, follow the instructions below to lubricate the belt.

Power off the treadmill and unplug the power cord.
-
Using the hex tool, turn both idler roller screws counterclockwise till the belt loosens and lifts easily.
Tips: Please mark hex tool rotating cycles when loosening the belt, which is used for adapting belt tension after the lubrication process. -
Lifting the edges of the belt and spraying lubrication oil at the center of the walking platform evenly. Not necessary to apply spray lubrication oil on the entire walk platform.

Lubrication oil volume Per time of maintenance: 5- 10ml.
Attention: it would cause the belt to slip if sprayed too much. -
Using the hex tool, turn both idler screws clockwise as previous markdown number of turns until the walking belt tightens properly.

Power on the treadmill and work out for a few minutes, to spread lubrication oil to the whole belt surface evenly.
Attention: please hold the handrail when working at 4mph. Lubrication frequency: High recommend 100 Miles Per time.
Treadmill cleaning
- Power off the treadmill and unplug the power cord before cleaning.
- Wipe and clean with a damp cloth, Do not clean with acidic or caustic detergents.
- Do not clean the opposite of the walk belt.
- Its normal few black powders are residual under the treadmill after a long working.

MANUFACTURER’S LIMITED WARRANTY
FITHRILL warrants to the original purchaser that this product is free from
defects in material and workmanship when used for the purpose intended, under
the conditions that it has been installed and operated by FITHRILL Owner’s
Manual. FITHRILL’S obligation under this warranty applies to the following:

For Home Use Only.
Exclusions from Warranty Coverage:
FITHRILL does not warrant against and is not responsible for, and no implied
warranty shall be deemed to cover, any product failure, product malfunction,
or damages attributable to:
- Improper installation and/or failure to abide by FITHRILL’s installation guidelines;
- Use of this product beyond normal home use, or in an application for which it wasn’t designed;
- Cosmetic items such as scratches, dents or discolorations;
- Damage caused by normal wear and tear, vandalism, accidental or by animals;
- Any act of Nature (such as fire, flooding, snow, ice, hurricanes, earthquakes, lightning other natural disasters), environmental condition (such as air pollution, mold, mildew. etc.), or staining from foreign substances (such as dirt, grease, oil, etc.);
- Normal weathering is due to exposure to sunlight, weather, and atmosphere which can cause colored surfaces to among other things, flake, chalk, and accumulate dirt or stains.
- Improper operation, alteration, handling, storage, abuse, or neglect of the products.
FITHRILL, using its sole discretion, will either repair or replace free of charge any part(s) proven to be defective under normal home use, Any repair or replacement shall provide no new warranty coverage, but shall retain only the remaining portion of the original product’s warranty. This warranty is offered only to the original purchaser and is not transferable. Proof of original purchase is required.
