Embracing natural materials, each concrete product has a unique visual appeal with variations in patina, surface, air pockets and colour. These visual characteristics have no effect on structural integrity, nor are they defects. Each piece is unique and will blend with your bathroom to create a rich, authentic space.
Our concrete products are coated with a food grade nano coating, which is also known as ceramic coating. It is the process of applying a surface layer that repels dry particles, water, oil, and dirt. Nano coating can make a surface scratch resistant, improve hardness, or make it resistant to bacteria. While these materials and coatings are designed for optimal protection, to ensure that your concrete product maintains its appearance in the years to come, we suggest following the cleaning and care guidelines below.
CHECK GOODS THOROUGHLY BEFORE INSTALLATION
Check goods thoroughly for any damage or faults upon receipt. Installation of received goods that are damaged, warped or faulty will void warranty. This product must be stored away from moisture and direct sunlight on a horizontal flat surface.

Cleaning & Care
- Use a soft microfibre or cotton cloth and mild non-abrasive cleanser to clean your concrete products.
- Please do not use abrasive scour pads on the concrete, as it can scratch the product and break down the sealer.
- Avoid exposure to harsh products such as bleach, acetone, and nail polish remover. If exposure occurs, rinse immediately with water to neutralise the effect, and then follow usual cleaning procedure.
- To avoid marking, do not leave moist or wet products directly on concrete for long periods, wipe up water spills straight away.
- For stubborn stains, use a non-acidic and non-abrasive multi-purpose cleaner. Avoid forceful scrubbing as this may result in loss of shine and may remove the protective sealer.
- Direct sunlight can cause concrete to slowly discolour over a long period of time.
- Avoid impact on edges and the surface with hard objects. With daily use, your concrete product may develop scratches, marks, and chipping overtime.
- To maintain the surface of your concrete product we suggest polishing the surface with wax every six months. We recommend using a nontoxic natural beeswax polish such as Gilly’s Liquid Beeswax, which is available for purchase online or through major hardware retailers:
