Status Indicator LED:
- Flashing red & blue: In Bluetooth pairing mode
- Flashes blue every 10s: Connected via Bluetooth
- Constant red: Charging battery
- Constant blue: Battery fully charged
CHARGING
- Charge headphones fully before first use.
- Use included cable to connect headphones to a 5V USB-A wall charger, computer or power bank.
TURNING ON/OFF
- Press and hold Power/Call button for 2s to turn on. Headphones will prompt when on.
- To turn off, press and hold Power/Call button for 5s.
CONTROLLING MUSIC PLAYBACK
- Press Play/Call button to play/pause audio.
- Press Volume +/- buttons to increase/decrease volume.
- Press and hold Volume +/- buttons to skip tracks forward/back.
MANAGING PHONE CALLS
- Answer/end calls by pressing Power/Call button.
- Double press Power/Call button to redial last number.
- Hold Power/Call button 2s to reject incoming call.
- Press Power/Call button 3 times to activate voice assistant.
BLUETOOTH PAIRING
- Enable Bluetooth mode on your smartphone or device.
- Select HPS-BT24 from available devices.
- If disconnected for 5 minutes, headphones will turn off automatically.
NOTE:
• If HPS-BT24 does not appear on the connecting device, retry from step 1.
• The headphones can be paired with two devices, but can only play music from 1 paired device at a time. If you try to pair a third device, it will disconnect one of the other devices.
USING MICROSD CARD
- Insert microSD card into headphones slot for playing music files.
- With microSD card inserted, headphones automatically enter Micro SD play mode.
- Press Mode button to switch between Micro SD card and Bluetooth modes.
CONNECTING AUDIO CABLE
- Connect 3.5mm audio cable (not included) to headphones and audio source device.
- Headphones work in passive auxiliary mode without needing Bluetooth.
- If headphones are on in Bluetooth or Micro SD mode, inserting audio cable turns them off to save battery.
SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
- Excessive volume can harm your hearing.
- Be cautious when using the device while walking, driving, or cycling to prevent accidents.
- Keep headphones away from moisture, dust, or extreme heat.
- Clean surfaces with soft, dry cloth only.
- Do not disassemble headphones or battery pack.
- Avoid storage below 0°C or above 45°C.
- Follow local laws for proper disposal and battery recycling; avoid putting it in kerbside bins.
TROUBLESHOOTING

Headphone does not turn on:
• Battery could be dead. Charge using a compatible 5V USB power source. -
No sound from headphones:
• Volume is low or muted. Unmute or increase volume.
• No Bluetooth device connected. -
Cannot pair Bluetooth device with headphones:
• Keep headphones near device within 10m range during connection.
• Ensure headphones are in Bluetooth mode. Turn off and on again to switch modes.
• If headphone’s Bluetooth name is not found, refresh or search again. Wait up to 1 minute for device to appear.
• If headphones are paired to another device, disconnect before connecting to your device.
