Product Usage Instructions
Guidelines for Use
To use the headset properly, follow these guidelines:
- Plug the 3.5mm connector into the headphone jack of your device.
- For RGB backlight, plug the USB adaptor into a USB power output.
- Use the in-line control for volume adjustment and microphone on/off.
Volume Control
To adjust the headset volume:
- Turn the knob on the headset up or down.
- Slide the dial on the headset to adjust the volume.
Microphone Usage
To use the microphone:
- Switch the microphone on or off using the button on the in-line control.
- To detach or install the microphone, align it correctly with the jack and ensure a secure fit.
Headband Adjustment
Adjust the headband for comfort and optimal transmission quality by using
the snap-in locking mechanism on both sides.
Computer Set Up
For Windows computers:
- Right-click the speaker icon and open Sound Settings.

How do I know if the microphone is installed correctly?

3.5mm TRRS Connector
- Fully plug the 3.5mm connector into PC/Mobile.
- Phone/Tablet/Console/Controller’s headphone jack.

USB Adaptor
Fully Plug the USB adaptor into the USB port of any USB power output to light up the build-in RGB backlight. -
In-line Control Guideline
Integrate the functions, including headset volume +/- and microphone on/off, into the in-line control. -
Headset Volume Control
Headset volume can be control by turning the knob up and down. Slide the dial up and down to adjust the headphone volume. -
Microphone On/Off
Switch the microphone on or off button on the side of the in-line control to unmute or mute the mic.
- Detach/Install the Microphone
- Unplug the microphone outward to separate it from the headset.
- Insert the microphone completely into the jack to combine it with the headset.
Tips: Make sure to align the mic with the mic jack slot correctly. There should be no gap between them.
* Check if the mic is installed correctly. First to make sure that the mic is fully inserted but not loosened. Then plug the 3.5mm jack of the headset into computer to choose “Realtek audio” as default input device and switch the mic to unmute. After then, speak into the mic. If volume meter bounce, means that the mic is installed correctly.
- Use of Microphone
The gooseneck microphone with omni-directional pickup pattern can be adjusted the speaking distance and angle at will.
Tips: It is suggested that put the mic slightly below the mouth, and preferably 0.8 – 1.2 inches from it. Adjust the position of the mic, 30-to-45-degree angle off axis to your mouth, to avoid picking up your popping sounds that much.
- Headband Adjustment
Adjust the headband via its snap-in locking mechanism on the left and right sides. For good transmission quality and best possible comfort, adjust the headband to properly fit your head.

Right click the speaker icon at the bottom right of the screen. Click “Open Sounds Settings”. Make sure plug it fully into the right port, and none of the headset and microphone are disabled, muted or something.

Click the Sound Control Panel

Click the Playback tab, and choose “Realtek audio” as the default device. When you playback audio, bar-type icon will turn green and bounce. (If it remains unchanged, please reset computer and replug the headset in the available port of the computer, or check if the audio volume is on).

Adjust headset volume. Double click the “Realtek audio” to open the Speaker Properties windows and click the “Level” tap. Drag the process bar to adjust the headset level. (You can also turn up or down the headset volume by adjusting theheadset volume button on the in-line control.)
Microphone Settings

3.5mm CONNECTION
- If your computer has headset port, connect the 3.5mm jack of the headset into the 3.5mm headset port on your computer.
- If your computer has both headphones and microphone ports, please first connect the included 3.5mm headphones splitter adapter (CTIA) into the 3.5mm jack of the headset, and then plug the headphones end into the headphone port, and the microphone end into the microphone port.
- Microphone sure plug it fully into the right port, and none of the headset and microphone are disabled, muted or something.
Tips: The name displayed on computer system is the name of your computer sound card

Click Sound to display the Sound preference pane.
- Click the output tab and make certain “Headphones” is selected as the default output device. Drag progress bar to adjust headset volume. (You can also turn up or down the headset volume by adjusting the volume button on the in-line control.)

- Check whether the mic is fully inserted into the headset.
- Check whether turn on the unmute option on the in-line control.

3.5mm CONNECTION

NOTE (Applicable for MAC and Windows)
- If computer prompts that it’s unable, please restart computer and replug the headset into USB port of your computer.
- If the headset is recognized but no sound coming out, please check whether System Sound or audio volume in apps is on.
- If the mic on headset is recognized but no sound comes out, and your PC is running on Windows 10, please go to Settings – Privacy – Microphone and click the “Allow apps to access the microphone” to ON, then restart your PC.
- After plugging the headset, RGB lighting on does not mean that sound will be heard by the headset. Make sure you have selected the correct output device and turned on the volume settings.
Precautions
On Headset Use
- To avoid hight volume harming your ears, please turn down the audio volume and headset volume of in-line control before you start to listen by the headset. And then adjust the appropriate volume level you need.
- Please wear the headset correctly according to the “L” and “R” on the headset. Wear the “L” side on the left ear and wear the “R” side on the right ear.
- Please enjoy music at a moderate volume to prevent adverse effects on the hearing.
- Do not listen for a long time at high volume to avoid hearing damage.
- There is a tendency to raise the volume when using in noisy places. However, for reason of safety, it is advised to keep the volume at a level whereby you can still hear sounds around you.
- When the volume is too high, the sound may leak outside the headset. Be carefully not to raise the volume so high that it bothers people around you.
On Safety
- Do not drop, hit or otherwise expose headset to strong shock of any kind, which may damage the product.
- Do not attempt to disassemble the headset without authorization, which may affect the product use.
- Do not submerge in liquid or water.
- Do not use any corrosive cleaner or oil to clean the product. You can clean it by dry cloth.
On Placement
You can place the headset flat on a desk or place on a headset stand. Do not
place the headset in the following locations.
- Location exposed to direct sunlight, near a heater, or other extremely hightemperature location.
- Dusty location.
- On an unsteady or inclined surface.
- Location exposed to large amounts of vibration.
- Bathroom or other high-humidity locations.
