When not in use, turn off the lantern by completely collapsing the device.
When installing or changing out batteries, always make sure to place them in the correct polarity as indicated within the battery compartment.
DO NOT dispose of any part of this product in a fire.
DO NOT submerge or place the lantern in any direct contact with water or any other liquid.
When cleaning, use a damp or dry cloth to wipe the lantern’s surface.
When not in use for an extended period of time, remove the batteries to avoid power drainage.
Dispose of all parts of this product in accordance with local environmental regulations. Do not dispose of the lantern or batteries in regular household waste.

Set Up & Operation

NOTE: Before first use. unscrew the battery compartment lid by holding the lantern upside down and rotating the base counterclockwise. Remove the insulation strip and reapply the battery compartment lid.

Using the foldaway handles, expand (pull the handles upward) the lantern to turn it on. Adjust the height to control the amount of light emitted from the lantern. To turn the LED light off, fully collapse the lantern.
NOTE: For energy efficiency, remove the batteries from the battery compartment when storing the lamp for an extended period of time without usage.

Installing & Replacing Batteries

Remove the battery compartment lid by holding the lantern upside down and rotating the base counterclockwise. Remove the used batteries and dispose of them properly.
Apply the new batteries according to the polarities indicated within the battery compartment.
Secure the battery compartment lid and rotate clockwise to tighten it shut.
