WARNING
- Avoid touching exposed cutting blades under the shredder head.
- The shredder must be plugged into a properly grounded wall outlet or socket of the voltage and amperage designed on the label. The grounded outlet or socket must be installed near the equipment and easily accessible. Energy converters, transformers,or extension cords should not be used with this product.
- FIRE HAZARD-DO NOT shred greeting cards with sound chips or batteries.
- For indoor use only.
- Unplug the shredder before cleaning or servicing.

Please Note:
- Insulation paint on the shredder motor might volatilize a slight smell during the first several overheats.
- Several small paper particles might be left in the basket after 100% full testing by the manufacturer.
INSTALLATION
1. Take out the shredder head from the box, and then put it onto the basket
with the correct position as shown in the following image. Make sure that the
shredder head is resting correctly and securely on top of the basket.
2. Place the installed shredder on the flat surface and plug it into the
socket, switch to Auto mode,the shredder is now ready to work.
OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS
- Shred Capacity
- WILL SHRED : The shredder will shred 18 sheets of A4 70gsm paper or 1 Credit card at once, and accepts paper width up to 220mm.
Safety Feature
- Duty Cycle : 15 minutes on and 45 minutes off
- NOTE : Due to safety concerns, it is equipped with “Thermal Protection”. If working continuously over 15 minutes, the motor overheats and stops automatically. And it resumes to work after cooling down for 45 mins.
Operation Guide
PAPER/CREDIT CARD
- Before operating the machine, please turn on the button on the” —” position when the power is connected. If stop use it, turn it on “O” position.
- Activates the power shred function,the shredder starts automatically upon the paper/credit card is inserted into the entry.it returns to auto standby mode after the paper/credit card is fully shredded.
- When the paper bin is nearly full, the “Full ” light lighting.
- When the paper sheets are overrated sheets quantity, the “Overload” light lighting as well as the paper is reversed automatically.It can start shredding paper after 2-4 seconds once the paper get returned.
PAPER JAM
- REV: When paper get overloaded or jammed or you wish to stop during shredding
- FWD: it may be necessary to alternate between forward and reverse positions several times to help clear excess paper from the cutting area
Maintenance
Always use a dry non-abrasive soft cloth when cleaning the shredder.
ALWAYS UNPLUG THE SHREDDER BEFORE ATTEMPTING TO MAINTAIN, REPAIR AND REMOVE PAPER FROM THE ENTRY.
DO NOT INSERT METAL OBJECTS(EXCEPT STAPLE AND PAPER CLIPS INTO THE ENTRY SLOT OR THE BLADES.

TROUBLESHOOTING
Tips:(To prevent paper jams)
- Do not shred more than 18 sheets A4 70gsm at once;
- After shredding one bundle of paper, please wait 2~3 seconds and then insert the next bundle,to make sure no paper particles remain in the blades;
- After all shredding is done, please switch to REV to clean all the paper particles remaining in the blades, it helps to clean the shredder for next time use.

Reduce the paper quantity with an acceptable amount and place the paper into
the feed opening of the shredder again.

The basket is full.| Empty the basket.
Defective of machine.
| Please kindly contact with our customer service.
Jam| Exceed the shredding quantity of paper.| Reduce the shredding quantity,
don’t exceed the rating sheets.
The paper is not vertically placed in the slot| Put the paper into the slot
vertically.
Excessive noise| The shredder is placed on an unsuitable place.| Change the
location.
Keep Running| Paper dust and other foreign objects cover the mechanical
sensor.
The location of the mechanical sensor is in the middle of the shredder’s feeding opening looks like a small plastic divider.
| Please unplug first and use a cotton swab or needle-nosed pliers to take out the paper scraps without any cleaner or water. ..CAUTION: please don’t overexert and use Sharp tools to clean or poke the mechanical sensor to avoid damaging the mechanical sensor.
DISPOSAL INSTRUCTIONS
This recycling logo informs that deposing the shredder as general garbage is forbidden. In order to protect the environment and human health, please dispose of the waste electric products and packaging materials correctly.

The warranty of this shredder is 12 months from the date of first purchase from an authorized dealer. In order to provide the best experience for our customers, each shredder has been manufactured with care and meticulously tested before delivery. Please make sure to keep the receipt of purchase and the original packaging.

If there be a defect or malfunction of this product, we will replace the product free of charge. A copy of the proof of purchase showing the original purchase date is required. This warranty is void if the product has been subject to damage, unreasonable use, improper service, or other causes not arising from defects in the original material or workmanship. This warranty is void if the factory seal is broken or removed from the product. This warranty does not include adjustments, parts, or repairs required by circumstances beyond our control of us.
