Operation steps

1. The accessories worn on the body should be removed, naked (or wear thongs, or wear disposable underwear).
2. Unload the roller sphere built in the handle, wipe and clean the sphere (do not immerse it in liquid), and wipe it dry before putting it in the massage roller to ensure that the sphere is free of any moisture.
3. Clean the skin;
4. Before the operation, apply massage cream or essential oil products to the implementation site to enhance the operation effect;

Contraindications
