Function operation
  • Power On : 1. Touch the MFB button about 3 seconds to turn on the earphone. 2. Take the earphone from the charging case, it will automatically turn on.
  • Power off : 1. Touch the MFB button 5 seconds to turn off. 2. Put the earphone into the charging case to charge, it will turn off automatically. 3. The earphone will turn off automatically if there is no connection after being pairing status for 5 minutes.
  • Pairing : Touch the MFB button about 5 seconds to enter pairing mode, the phone search pairing name of the earphone. it will automatically pairing in next time.
  • Answer / Hang up the call : Double touch the left or right MFB button to answer the call, double touch the left or right MFB button to hang up during the call.
  • Reject calls : touch the left or right MFB button for 2 seconds to reject the call.
  • Play / Pause music : Double touch the left or right MFB button to Play / Pause music.
  • Previous / Next track : Triple touch the left MFB button to the previous track and triple touch the right MFB button to next track.
  • Volume +/- : Touch the right MFB button to increase the volume, the maximum volume when you hear the tone “beep”; touch the left MFB button to reduce the volume, the minimum volume when you hear the tone “beep”.
  • Voice prompt language switching : Triple touch the left or right MFB button to switch language in pairing mode.
  • Game mode / Music mode : Press the right MFB button for 2 seconds and release it to enter game mode; In game mode, press the right MFB button for 2 seconds and release it to switch to music mode.
  • Voice Assistant : Press the left MFB button for 2 seconds to activate the voice assistant.
  • Restore Factory Settings : Turned on the earphones but not connected, click the left and right MFB button 5 times to reset and turn off.
Charging instructions
  • Earphones charging
    Place the earphones in the charging case to charge, the earphones indicator light is steady red, and the charging case display is steady on. The earphone indicator light and charging case display are off when fully charged.

  • Charging case charging
    Plug the type-C cable into the Type-C port of the charging case.
    The display of the charging case blinks slowly during charging, and displays 100 when fully charged.

  • Low power alarm of charging case
    When the value 10 is displayed on the display, it indicates that the charging case is insufficient and the display blinks slowly.

TWS earphones team up
  • TWS earphones team up
    The TWS team up default when the earphone is turned on. The indicator light of the main earphone flashes red and blue alternately after pairing, and the light of the secondary earphone does not light up.

  • TWS earphones regroup
    After restoring the factory settings of the left and right earphones. Turn on the left and right earphones again to team up. You can search the pairing name on your phone and click to connect.

Pairing
  • Open the charging case, remove the earphones from the case, it will turn on automatically; Turn on the Bluetooth interface of the device, search the paring name and click to pairing. (If the pairing name can’t be found, please turn off your device’s Bluetooth and reconnect).
  • After the first successful connection, the earphones will automatically pairing in next time.
Disconnect

To disconnect the earphone from your phone (for example, connecting the earphone to another Bluetooth device), use any of the following methods:
1. Turn off earphone; 2. turn off the Bluetooth of the phone; 3. Delete the pairing name from list of pairing history on your phone.

Troubleshooting
  • Hear the sound of “click”
    Since the protocol distance of Bluetooth is an open area, the transmission distance can reach 10m in barrier less conditions. When the earphone and the mobile phone are connected, the connection will be disconnected when they leave the effective communication range, and the mobile phone will be automatically connected when they re-enter the effective communication range within 5 minutes.

  • There is no sound in the earphone.
    Make sure the earphone is powered on and fully charged.

  • The device can’t connect to the earphone.
    Make sure the earphone is paired with your device.
    Make sure your device’s Bluetooth is enabled.
    Make sure that the earphone is located within 10 m of the device and there are no obstructions, such as walls or other electronic devices.

  • If the above steps can’t solve the problem, please try the following methods:
    • Re-charge your earphone.
    • Restart your phone.
    • Delete your device past pairing history. Re-pair the earphone with your phone.

Matters needing attention
  • Do not use corrosive cleaning agents to clean the product.
  • Do not allow this product to heat or be near fire sources, such as cooking stoves.
  • Do not expose this product to direct sunlight for a long time.
  • Do not dispose of this product in fire to avoid explosion.
  • Do not attempt to disassemble this product for any modification, as it does not contain any repair components.
  • Do not use this product in the rain.
  • In order to better protect your hearing, do not turn the volume too high.
  • Do not clean the product while it is charging. Separate the earphone from the charger before cleaning it.
  • Do not allow children to play with this product, small parts may cause choking hazards to children.
  • If you do not intend to use this product for a long time, please store it in a dry environment and monthly Charge your headphones at least once to extend their life and avoid extreme temperatures and dust.

  • Batteries must be recycled or properly disposed when the product Batteries could removable, Do not disassemble the battery when the product Batteries could not removable.
  • If the battery is not used properly, it may explode or leak, causing burns and other injuries. If the battery leaks, be careful and dispose of the battery immediately in accordance with local laws and regulations on battery handling.

If this equipment does cause harmful interference to radio or television reception, which can be determined by turning the equipment off and on, the user is encouraged to try to correct the interference by one or more of the following measures:

  • Reorient or relocate the receiving antenna.

  • Increase the separation between the equipment and receiver.

  • Connect the equipment into an outlet on a circuit different from that to which the receiver is connected.
    Consult the dealer or an experienced radio/TV technician for help.
