Frequently Asked Questions
- Q: How do I pair the receiver with the transmitter?
- A: To pair the receiver with the transmitter, press and hold the pairing button on both devices simultaneously until they connect.
- Q: How can I change the volume of the ringtone?
- A: Use the volume control button on the receiver to adjust the ringtone volume to your preference.
- Q: Can I charge the receiver using a different cable?
- A: It is recommended to use the provided USB-C cable for charging to ensure compatibility and safety.
The set consists of a bell button (transmitter) and a doorbell (receiver). The doorbell is designed for battery operation or for permanent connection to the 230V~/50Hz electrical network via the USB-C charging port. The transmission between the button and the doorbell is via radio waves with a frequency of 433.92 MHz. The range depends on local conditions and can reach up to 200 m in open areas without any interference. The set has a so-called pairing function (Learning code ) – the button is able to generate its own pairing code, which is then received by the doorbell and stored in its memory. The set can thus be expanded with additional transmitters or receivers. The pairing function also prevents the set from affecting neighbouring bells. To use the wireless doorbell correctly, read the instruction manual.

Receiver And Transmitter
Receiver
- Battery operation: Open the battery cover and insert 3x AAA alkaline 1.5V batteries. Observe the marked polarity. Close the cover again.
- USB powered operation: If batteries are installed in the receiver, remove them before starting USB powered operation. Connect the charging USB adapter to the mains, connect the USB cable with the USB-C port to the input on the receiver.
ATTENTION: The USB-C connector on the receiver is not used for recharging batteries, therefore, from the safety reasons, do not insert nor try to charge them in this mode of operation. The batteries and the entire receiver may be damaged.
Adjust the melody and volume using the control buttons. Volume level changes from lowest to highest and silent mode (blinking only). The receiver can be freely erected, laid down or hung on the mounting holes. Do not cover the speaker. The receiver is intended for indoor use only.
Transmitter
Before mounting the transmitter, make sure that the wireless connection is working properly in the place where you want to use it. The transmitter is waterproof and can be placed outdoors. Prefer a location protected from water and excessive heat. Attach the installation pad to the base using double-sided adhesive tape or screws with dowels. Fit the transmitter with the tabs on the back into the holes of the installation pad. Push to the side to secure it. Do not place the transmitter directly on metal objects or materials containing metal, such as steel posts or metal-framed doors. In such cases, the device may not work properly.
Pairing the button with the bell
- Insert batteries into the receiver or connect it to USB power.
- Long press the pairing button on the doorbell for approx. 5 seconds.
- Release the button when the indicator light on the doorbell comes on.
The doorbell switches to the pairing mode, which takes 25 seconds. During this
time, press the button on the transmitter. When the doorbell melody sounds,
the button is paired (the pairing mode is turned off).
To pair multiple buttons, repeat steps 1, 2, 3 again for each button. A
maximum of 8 transmitters can be paired to one receiver. One transmitter can
be paired with up to 20 receivers.
To delete paired transmitters from the doorbell memory
- Hold the pairing button until the blue indicator turns on. (Hold the pairing button throughout the entire process.)
- Remove the batteries.
- Reinsert the batteries after 10 seconds.
- The doorbell rings and the pairing is removed.
To select a ringtone and volume
- Use buttons on the ringer to select a ringtone.
- Press the volume button repeatedly to select one of four levels from 25 – 110 dB or silent mode (flashing only).
Troubleshooting
If the receiver does not ring repeatedly after pressing the button on the transmitter, check:
- the distance between the transmitter and the receiver is not too great
- there are no strong sources of signal interference between the transmitter and receiver (radio and wireless networks, large metal objects, reinforced concrete walls, etc.)
Replacing The Transmitter Battery
- Open the transmitter cover with a flathead screwdriver.
- Push gently between the side handles and lift the cover off.
- Remove the gasket.
- Tilt the battery plate and slide it out.
- Insert a new battery, make sure the polarity is correct.
- Close the button by reversing the procedure.
