FERSA BTC 373 S-X Rotor Removal Tool For Tesla
ROTOR REMOVAL TOOL FOR TESLA MODEL S/X
IMPORTANT: It is necessary to acquire the BTC 373 I Rotor Extractor (Exclusive Patent) and BTC 359 I Internal Puller Spindle tools.
This tool is designed to facilitate the disassembly of the rotor located in the electric motor of Tesla Model S/X vehicles.

Identification of Rotor Shaft: Disassemble and remove the inverter section to reveal the gearbox and its gears. The rotor shaft to be extracted is indicated in the following image:

Rotor Housing and Bearing: The rotor shaft is connected to the interior of a bearing, fixed to the casing through interference:
To beg in extraction, remove the rear cover of the motor by using a ham mer and removing the securing screws:

Tool Application:
- Our tool is designed to push the shaft from the inside out.
- Constructed from steel, it conforms to the shape of the casing and can be secured using its own screws, which were initially removed to separate the rotor and inverter sections.
- The tool features a hole aligned with the rotor shaft but of larger diameter, a I lowing the claws of a com metrical bearing extractor to fit. It also serves as support for pushing the entire rotor outward by activating the extractor.
