Please read the instructions before use
Connect
A: ON
- Take out the earbuds (Earbuds auto power on)
- After open the phone Bluetooth, Click the < N19> to Pairing
Reset
If earbuds has any connection or function problems, please reset the earbuds
- In the power-on state, quickly press the MFB button 5 times
- Turn off the headset after hearing the “Power off”.
- The reset will be successful after rebooting.
(If the above operation does not work, please try again)
Operation
Play /Pause Voice Assistant
Answer Reject Call /Hang up
Power on/off
Switch Song Adjust Volume
X1: Click Once 2S: Press and hold for 2 seconds
X2: Click 2 times 3S: Press and hold for 3 seconds
Problem handling
(1) Can be connected but there is no sound:
Click the headset to increase the volume.
(2) Headset cannot be charge:
Clean the charging contact of the headset and the charging case.
(3) Headset cannot be connected:
Reset the headset.
Activation & Warranty
Permanent replacement of damaged, defective item or missing components. Please
activate via email below within 15 days.
Please clean the charging contacts of the earbuds and charging case frequently to avoid charging failures.
