1. What should I do if I find the Suptrust back brace doesn’t fit my waist size even if I check the size chart carefully?
   A full refund will be issued to you immediately and you don’t need to return the product to us. We would appreciate it if you can send your waist size photo to us for further investigation and improvement.

2. Is it true that I don’t need to return the product to Suptrust if there is anything wrong with it or I’m not satisified?
   You may not believe it, but it’s true. There is a chance that Amazon put the returned units into stock again, and other customers may find the product they received was used. We cannot prevent such things from happening, so never returning the product to Amazon is the best choice for all our customers, and we’re willing to bear the cost.

3. The product I received seems to be used by someone, how could this happen and what should I do?
   All our products shipped out are brand new. However, Amazon would put the returned units into stock again for sales. Rarely, you might receive a product in good condition but was used already. If this is the case, just let us know and we will send you a brand new replacement FOR FREE immediately. As for the used on, you may either keep it or throw it away.
