Product Usage Instructions

Charging Your Devices

  1. Connect the power bank to a power source using the provided USB-C cable.
  2. To charge your phone wirelessly, place it on the strong magnetic wireless charging area of the power bank.
  3. For wired charging, connect your device to the power bank using a compatible USB-C cable.
  4. Ensure the power bank indicator light is on to confirm charging is in progress.

Battery Status Indicator

The power bank indicator light displays the battery capacity as follows:

  • 0%-25%: Wireless charging light constantly on
  • 25%-50%: Power bank indicator light constantly on
  • 50%-75%: Power button/Wireless charging light constantly on
  • 75%-100%: Both lights constantly on

Compatible Devices

The power bank is compatible with devices that support wireless charging frequencies of 115-205kHz for phones (15W max), AirPods (5W max), and iPhones (360kHz, 7.5W).

Note:

Use a magnetic case on your phone to enable wireless charging with this power bank.

Please Note

  1. Only use certified QC 3.0/PD Charging Wall Adapter to charge the device, do not plug into computer USB port or any other non-certified USB port.

  4. Make sure to disconnect the device from power when cleaning.
  5. lt is normal and safe to hear a humming noise when very close to the charger. lt means that this wireless charger is adjusting its temperature to achieve a more efficient charging speed.
  6. If your device can not be fully charged, this may due to high environmental temperature, please recharge after the temperature is lowered. Our charger has temperature control to safeguard your device when charging.

  • Do not modify, repair or disassemble the unity, if so, please contact the manufacturer. Switch off the wireless charger when not in use. The wireless charger will automatically switch off when disconnected from its wall charger.
