Operation

  1. Insert the battery into the station to power it on.

    Do not expose the device to high temperatures. Use only the recommended batteries. Do not short-cir-cuit the device or batteries, or throw them into a fire. Excessive heat or improper handling could trigger a short-circuit, a fire or an explosion.

  • RISK of property damage!
    Do not disassemble the device. In the event of a defect, please contact your dealer. The dealer will contact the Service Centre and can send the device in to be repaired, if necessary.

  • NOTE!
    Do not immerse the unit in water.
    Do not subject the unit to excessive force, shock, dust, extreme temperature or high humidity, which may result in malfunction, shorter electronic life span, damaged batteries and distorted parts.

  • NOTE!
    Use only the recommended batteries. Always replace weak or empty batteries with a new, complete set of batteries at full capacity. Do not use batteries from different brands or with different capacities. Remove the batteries from the unit if it has not been used for a long time.

  • NOTE!
    The manufacturer is not liable for damage related to improperly installed batteries!

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

Before cleaning the device, disconnect it from the power supply (remove batteries)! Only use a dry cloth to clean the exterior of the device. To avoid damaging the electronics, do not use any cleaning fluid.

DISPOSAL

Dispose of the packaging materials properly, according to their type, such as paper or cardboard. Cont-act your local waste-disposal service or environmental authority for information on the proper disposal. Do not dispose of electronic devices in the household garbage!
As per Directive 2012/19/EU of the European Parliament on waste electrical and electronic equip-ment and its adaptation into German law, used electronic devices must be collected separately and recycled in an environmentally friendly manner.

  2. Wall-mount recessed hole
    This hole makes it possible to mount the Thermo/Hygro station on a wall.
    Thanks to its magnetic back, the Thermo/Hygro station can also be attached to metal surfaces without screws.

  3. Battery compartment for 1x CR2032

  4. Table stand
    Add if station is to be placed on a flat surface.

POWER SUPPLY

  1. Open the battery compartment door.
  2. First use: remove the tranparent plastic tab. Battery change: Use only a CR2032 (3.0V) type battery and insert it according to the polarities (+/-) shown.
  3. Reinsert the battery compartment door.

OPERATION

Temperature and humidity

  1. Once the battery is installed, the Thermo/Hygro station will start displaying the interior measurement information.
  2. There are 3 different icons to displaying the indoor climate as below:

Comfort level

humidity is lower than 40%; at the same time, the temperature is higher than 20°C, but lower than 27°C.
humidity is higher than 70%, or temperature is lower than 20°C, or temperature is higher than 27°C.
humidity is between 40%-70%, at the same time, the temperature is higher than 20°C, but lower than 27°C.
