P3 7 inch Car Video Music Player Dash Mount
Precautions
- Before installation, please ensure that the device is powered on and all functions are working correctly. Do not forcefully pull or tug on the wires during installation, and ensure that all the wires are not connected properly .
- If the unit works properly before nstallation but issues arise after installation, it is likely due to installation problems. Please check for abnormalities such as poor connections in the wiring or shorts caused by pin displacement in the connectors.
- Do not damage or modify the original cables during installation. If any cables are damaged during nstallation, be sure to replace them with brand new ones before powering up the unit.
- This product only fits DC12V-24V vehicles. Use for other than its designed application may damage the product or cause a fire due to over voltage.
- Do not allow this device to come into contact with liquids. Otherwise it may result in product damage.
- Please do not use this device for a long time after the engine is turned off, or it will drain the battery power.
- If smoke, unusual noises, unusual odors occur during normal use, or any other abnormal signs appear on the LCD screen, please turn off the power immediately and consult your dealer or Eonon customer service. Do not use this product in this condition because doing so may result in a fire, electric shock, or other failure.
- Please use this product in accordance with traffic laws.
- Keep this manual handy as a reference for operating procedures and safety information.

Assesories
Installation Instructions
- Clean the area on the center console where you want to install the unit.
- Remove the sticker from the bottom of the unit’s mounting base.
- Place the mounting base onto the center console and press it firmly.
- Slide the locking latch on the mounting base to this position and adjust the unit to the desired angle. Secure the latch into this position .
- Connect the Type-C plug from the cigarette lighter power cable to the power in port on the unit. Insert the cigarette lighter power cable into the car cigarette lighter socket.

CarPlay & Android Auto
Wireless CarPlay/Android Auto setup steps
- Turn on Bluetooth of the unit. Find Bluetooth of the unit (Bluetooth name: Eonon P3) on your phone and connect to it.
- Apple CarPlay will be connected after authorization; Android Auto will be automatically connected.
Note:
Please be sure that your Android phone supports Google services and wireless
Android Auto.
Wired CarPlay/Android Auto setup steps
Connect the USB cable of your phone to the USB port of the head unit.

Wireless Screen Mirroring
Airplay mirroring for iPhone
- Turn on the hotspot of your iPhone. Turn on WiFi of the head unit and connect the unit to the iPhone hotspot.
- Swipe down from the top of the screen on your iPhone and tap the Screen Mirroring icon. Tap lylink to mirror your screen.
Miracast screen mirroring for Android
- Go to Settings on your phone and turn on Screen Mirroring.
- Wait for Miracast to be discovered and then tap it to complete the connection.
Note:
Not all Android phones support Miracast. Please check if your phone supports
Miracast; if not, Miracast will not be available.
Backup Camera Installation
- Connect the red trigger wire from the backup camera to the positive terminal of the car reverse light.
- Plug the power cable into the AV in port on the head unit.
Settings General Settings
Language: To change the language.
WIFI: To connect to a WieFi network.
Bluetooth: To pair and connect Bluetooth devices.
In-Car Bluetooth: To turn on/off In-Car Bluetooth (it supports audio output to
the factory car radio only when connected to CarPlay or Android Auto).
AUX Output: To turn on/off AUX output.
Date & Time: To set date and time.
Display & Brightness: To adjust screen brightness.
Volume: To adjust media or call volume.
Reverse Mode: To set up video format, backup assist lines and backup assist
line settings.
Factory Reset: To reset the device to factory settings.
Product Information: To view the product model and software version.
Methods for sound transmission to the factory car radio
-
FM transmit
a.Tap to turn on FM transmit on the head unit. Choose a transmission frequency.
b. Turn on the radio app of the factory car radio and adjust to the corresponding frequency. -
AUX Output
a. Turn on AUX Output on the head unit.
b. Use an AUX cable to connect one end to the unit’s AUX out port and the other end to the factory car radio’s AUX in port.
c. Turn on AUX Output, or sound will also play from the unit’s built-in speakers.
Note: The AUX cable is not included. -
In-Car Bluetooth (it supports audio output to the factory car radio only when connected to CarPlay or Android Auto.)
a. Search and connect to the phone’s Bluetooth on your factory car radio. Or search and connect to the factory car radio’s Bluetooth on your phone.
b. Go to Settings on the head unit and turn on In-Car Bluetooth.
c. The factory car radio must support Bluetooth music and be switched to Bluetooth music mode.

FAQ
Blank screen/Can't power on
Please check if the power cable is connected properly.
No sound from the built-in speakers
Please check if FM transmit and AUX output are turned on. Please turn them off and try again.
Images do not automatically change while reversing
Please connect the red trigger wire from the backup camera to the positive terminal of the car reverse light.
Android Auto is not working
1. Please be sure that your phone supports Android Auto. Please note that some mobile phones don't support Android Auto, and some mobile phones only support wired Android Auto instead of wireless Android Auto. 2. If your phone supports Android Auto, please install the Android Auto app from the Google Play Store app on your phone before using it. 3. To use wired Android Auto, please use the original data cable and connect it to the USB port of the head unit. 4. To use wireless Android Auto, please turn on WiFi and Bluetooth of your phone and connect your phone's Bluetooth to the head unit's Bluetooth. Please note that you only need to connect Bluetooth but not WiFi.
CarPlay is not working
1. To use wired CarPlay, please use the original data cable and connect t to the USB port of the head unit. 2. To use wireless CarPlay, please turn on WiFi and Bluetooth of your iPhone and connect your phone's Bluetooth to the head unit's Bluetooth. Please note that you only need to connect Bluetooth but not WiFi.
Can't connect to Miracast
Please check if your phone supports Miracast; if not, Miracast will not be available.
