The machine should be placed and used on smooth and stable ground. If necessary, please pave the fabric under the machine to protect your floor or blanket. Please check it carefully before using each time.

Do warm—up before usage.

When hydraulic cylinder is used up to 20 minutes continuously. Please use it after cooling. Do not touch it after usage.

Please give your body water of 150CC-500CC as supplement to help discharge UA, which leads to half the work with double results.

ADJUST DESIGN
How to Adjust Height Through Adjust Knob
As picture (1) shows, take out the adjusting knob in package. Then adjust the hole site to the right position and insert the knob. The degree of tightness of knob can control the pedal height, knob closer pedal higher.
How to Keep the Stepper Base Stable
If you find the mini stepper base a little shaky when receive it, please don’t worry. You can adjust by rotating the 4 black non-slip base to make the base stable as you like.

Warm Tips About LCD Digital Monitor
- Important Tips: Any input will start display. Press the red mode button can choose 4 functions(times/minute, time, calorie, auto scan). The small arrow on screen shows the beside corresponding functions.
- Auto Scan: The screen will automatically show separately the number of steps per minute, time, caIorie for 4 seconds if under this condition.
- Auto Power Off: If there is no signal input for 4 seconds, the screen will power off automatically. But it will input signal again by exercising or touching mode button.
START WORKOUT
Important Notice: Please put the mini stepper on the smooth ground. It is suggested to pave a blanket under it to avoid damage to the ground if for long-term use.
Step1: Stand on the back ground of mini stepper, put your left foot on the left pedal and press down until it stops when touching the bottom.
Step2: Put your right foot on the right pedal.
Step3: Start to exercise with slow pace, gradually familiar with unique stepping rule of this mini stepper. If you want to adjust the obstruction of pedal, please firstly come down from the stepper and then adjust the knob.
Exercise Frequency
It is suggested that you exercise at least every other day. At the beginning, you can exercise for 5 minutes, then add gradually to 15 minutes, up to 30 minutes. Or 10 minutes each unit, and complete 3 units. You can also choose to insist exercising every day. Please do remember to exercise within your abilities.
Recovery After Exercising
To reduce the muscular soreness during the following days, it is important to do some stretch exercise after workout. Taking a deep breath, drinking water and relaxing the body will make you feel well and have a sense of achievement.
