CARE AND CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS FOR FLATWARE
Thank you for purchasing an ECHTWERK product. This manual is an important part
of the product and contains important information. Keep these care
instructions for future reference. If passed on to third parties, these
instructions must be provided.
Before first use, rinse all parts of the cutlery set thoroughly with
dishwashing liquid, warm water and a soft cloth. In order to avoid damage, we
strongly advise against using steel wool, solvents or any abrasives!
Given that your cutlery set is made of high quality and robust CN stainless
steel, it can be cleaned in the dishwasher without any concerns. Regarding
knife blades, exceptions apply, because they are manufactured independently of
the other material of the cutlery series with simple chrome material. Here it
requires particularly attentive care.
The following information is to be applied
- Never leave it unclean for a long time. Rinse immediately after use or at least clean under running water.
- Never leave cleaned cutlery moist for a long time, but dry as soon as possible.
- Avoid beating or rubbing the pieces of cutlery, as this may cause scratches.
- Stains that arise once, can be easily removed with the help of a care product.
Any damage caused by the use of a dishwasher can be avoided if you observe the following instructions:
- Please observe exactly the instructions of the machine manufacturer, such as the dosage of salt and rinse aid.
- Rinse cutlery before washing. Prolonged contact with salts and acids contained in food can damage your cutlery.
- Mix cutlery pieces and if possible place them with the handle down in the collecting basket.
- After completing the drying process, polish the cutlery pieces as quickly as possible with a soft cloth.
- Open the dishwasher immediately to avoid staining
IMPORTANT: Rust or stains may occur even in high quality chrome nickel steel. In this case, please check whether your dishwasher, in addition to the objects made of non-stainless steel should by no means be in the dishwasher.
WARRANTY

to ensure long-standing enjoyment. Corrosion and damage caused by improper use
