Product Usage Instructions
Step 1: Mounting the System
Choose a suitable location under the sink for installation.
Mount the system bracket using the provided screws. Mark the mount points,
drill the screws, and place the system bracket securely.
Step 2: Installing the Filter Housing
Install the filter housing on the right side labeled ‘Use with Trappsorb Drop- In Filter’. Insert the Trappsorb Drop-In Filter.
Step 3: Identifying the Cold Water Source
Turn on your faucet to cold water and shut off the cold water flow by turning
the corresponding water valve clockwise. The valve should remain off
throughout the installation process.
Step 4: Positioning the Water Flow Valve
Place a container beneath the cold water valve to catch water. Remove the
faucet line from the cold water valve using an adjustable wrench. Install the
Angle Stop Water Flow Valve between the water line and faucet inlet to
redirect water to the Sentry Wellness System.
Step 5: Mounting the Faucet
Follow the instructions on the faucet box for mounting the faucet securely.

water flow. Check for leaks at fittings or housing gasket locations. Adjust as
needed to stop leaks.
Step 7: Purging the System
Run cold water for 5-10 minutes to purge excess carbon dust and Trappsorb
dust. Continue until water appears clear and tastes sweet. Expect reduced
water pressure initially.
Step 8: Filter Replacement
Replace both filters annually to maintain water quality and enjoy clean water
from your Wellness System.

Installation Instructions
for Sentry Wellness System Direct RO Replacement
System Contents (P/N: CP-SWS-DRR):
- 1 Pre-Installed White Bracket
- 2 Clear Housings with O-Rings (Labels indicate corresponding filter)
- 1 Catalytic Carbon Filter
- 1 Trappsorb Drop-In Filter

- 1 Faucet
- 1 ¼” Tubing for Cold Water-to-Inlet Connection (with PRV installed in-line)
- 1 ¼” Tubing for Outlet-to-Faucet Connection
- 1 Wrench
- 2 Screws (for mounting to wall)
Verify you have the necessary components listed above before starting installation.
Tools Needed (Not Included):
- 1-2 Adjustable Wrenches/Pliers
- Drill with a Philips Head Drill Tip
IMPORTANT: DO NOT REMOVE PLASTIC WRAP FROM FILTERS UNTIL STEP 2.
STEP 1:
Choose location for installation (i.e. cabinet wall under the sink) and mount
the system bracket using the provided screws. We recommend using a sharpie or
pen to mark the mount points, then drill the screws, then place system bracket
on screws.
STEP 2:
Unscrew the filter housing on the left side (labeled ‘Use with Catalytic
Carbon Filter’). Remove plastic wrap from the Catalytic Carbon Filter and
place into the housing. Twist the housing back onto the lid, tightening by
hand first and then use the provided wrench to snugly fit the housing to the
lid, typically an ⅛-¼ turn, until the labels are facing forward. DO NOT
OVERTIGHTEN.
Repeat steps for the filter housing on the right side (labeled ‘Use with
Trappsorb Drop-In Filter’) using the Trappsorb Drop-In Filter.
STEP 3:
Identify the cold water source by turning your faucet on to 100% cold and
then shut off the cold water flow by turning the corresponding water valve
clockwise. This valve should remain off for the entire installation process.
STEP 4:
Position a container beneath the cold water valve to catch water from the
line.
Using an adjustable wrench, remove the faucet line from the cold water valve.
Place the Angle Stop Water Flow Valve between the water line and the faucet
inlet side. This will be used to redirect water to the Sentry Wellness System.
STEP 5:
Locate the provided cold water-to-inlet connection tubing with the PRV
valve installed. Measure and cut the ¼” plastic tubing. With the PRV arrow
facing towards the system, push the tube into the Angle Stop Water Flow Valve
and at the IN quick disconnect of the Catalytic Carbon Housing lid. Tug on the
line to ensure a tight fit.
STEP 6: Mount the faucet using the instructions on the faucet box.
STEP 7: Measure and cut the ¼” plastic tubing and insert tubing into the provided faucet and the OUT quick disconnect of the Trappsorb Housing lid. Tug on the line to ensure a tight fit. TO PREVENT LEAKS, BE SURE TO FIRMLY INSERT PLASTIC TUBING UNTIL THE TUBE BOTTOMS OUT.
STEP 8:
Restore the cold water flow by turning the cold water valve counter-
clockwise with your faucet on. Check for leaks at the fitting locations or
housing gasket locations. If there is a leak, either the tubes need to be
pushed in further or the housings need to be tightened more (or less if
overtightened). We recommend checking at this point and then again once you
turn off your faucet.
STEP 9:
Keep the cold water running for 5-10 minutes to purge the system of excess
carbon dust and Trappsorb dust. If water appears cloudy and doesn’t taste
sweet, continue to purge the system for another 5 minutes. As the system
normalizes, you may notice reduced water pressure for up to one week.
STEP 10: Replace both filters annually and enjoy your new Wellness System!
