Warm-up exercises
Before running, it is better for you to do some stretching exercises. A
successful exercise program should include warm-up, aerobic, and soothing
exercises. We advise that you exercise at least two to three times a week. In
the beginning, you can exercise one day and rest one day. After a few months,
you can increase the amount of exercise to four to five days a week.
Warming up is a very important part of your fithess exercise. Moderate warming
up can prepare your body for the next more intense exercise because warming up
can help muscles stretch, improves blood circulation, and increases pulse
rate, sending more oxygen to the muscles. After aerobic exercise, repeated
warm-up exercises can also reduce muscle soreness. We recommend the following
warm-up and cool-down exercises.
-
Stretch downward
Bend your knees slightly, bend your body forward slowly, Let your back and shoulders relax, and try to touch your toes with your hands.
Hold for 10-15 seconds, then relax. Repeat 3 times.
As in Figure 1 -
Hamstring stretch
Sit on a clean seat cushion and straighten one leg.
Tuck the other leg inward so that it is close to the straightened leg’s inside. Try to touch your toes with your hands. Hold for 10 to 15 seconds.
then relax. Repeat 3 times for each leg.
As in Figure 2 -
Calf and Achilles tendon stretch
Body forward, put your hands against the wall.
Left leg forward in a lunge.
Straighten the right leg and plant the left leg on the ground; Then bend the left leg, hold for 10-15 seconds, then relax.
Repeat for each leg 3 times. As in Figure 3 -
Head exercise
Tilt your head to the right side and feel the left stretching of the neck muscles; then turn your head to the back then turn your head to the left; finally drop your head to your chest.
Then relax and repeat 3 times.
As in Figure 4 -
Waist exercise
Stretch your arms to the left and right sides and slowly, then raise them above your head.
Hold your right arm as straight as possible toward the ceiling.
Straighten it out and hold it for 1 second, feeling the stretch on your right side.
Repeat the same exercise with your left arm.
As in Figure 5
Maintenance Guidelines
Warning: Before maintaining the product, please be sure to unplug the power plug of the walking machine.
- Use a cloth to clean the surface of the machine.
- A thorough cleaning will extend the life of the machine.
- Regularly remove dust to keep the parts clean, and sweep the exposed parts of the running belt on both sides, this will reduce the accumulation of impurities on the running belt. Keep your sneakers clean to avoid carrying foreign objects under the running belt, which will wear the running board and running belt.
- The surface of the running belt must be wiped with a damp, soapy cloth, taking care not to splash water on the electrical components and under the running belt.
- Inspect and lock all treadmill parts frequently, replace those that are defective, or set them aside until repaired.
-
Adjust the running belt
If the running belt slips or is not smooth when you are using the treadmill, you can adjust the tightness of the running belt to improve it.
Adjustment running has two functions: elasticity adjustment and running belt center position adjustment.
The running belt has been well adjusted at the factory, but after several time-use, it will be stretched and will deviate from the center position causing the running belt to rub the pedal side strip and be rubbed by the rear cover. It is normal for the running belt to be stretched in the process of use.
It is normal for the running belt to have a lateral deviation of no more than 5mm when non-load.
How to adjust the running belt (the picture is for reference only, please subject to the actual object)
◆ The running belt deviates to the left How to adjust: Power off the machine first, take a 5mm hexagonal wrench, rotate the bolt inside the left rear cover to the right 1/4 turn to tighten the running belt, then power on and run the machine to wait for the running belt to move to the center. Follow this method until the running belt is adjusted to the center.
◆ The running belt deviates to the right How to adjust: Power off the machine first, take a 5mm hexagonal wrench, rotate the bolt inside the right rear cover to the right 1/4 turn to tighten the running belt, then power on and run the machine to wait for the running belt to move to the center. Follow this method until the running belt is adjusted to the center.
◆ The running belt will become loose after using it for a period of time, if the running belt is too loose, the running belt will slip when you run.How to adjust: Power off the machine first, take a 5mm hexagonal wrench, rotate the bolt inside the both left and right rear cover to the right 1/4 turn to tighten the running belt, then power on and run the machine to wait for the running belt to move to the center. Follow this method until the running belt is adjusted to the center.
Note: Because the force of the two feet is not the same when running, the pressure on the running belt is unbalanced, causing the running belt to deviate from the center. This deviation is normal and the belt will return to the center when non-load in the running status. The running belt cannot be adjusted too tight. This will pull the running belt, increase the pressure on the front/rear rollers, cause damage to roller bearings, etc., and cause abnormal noise or other problems. -
Add lubricant
The machine is lubricated before leaving the factory. As the frequency of use increases, the running board will gradually dry out, and the friction between the running belt and the running board will increase, which may wear the running board and the running belt. Proper lubrication will help keep the treadmill in top condition. We advise you to lubricate your treadmill every 30 hours of use.
Note: Please use treadmill lubricants or contact our company directly.
How to add lubricant to the treadmill
- Power off and unplug the power cord. The lubricating place is located below the running belt (As shown below);
- Cut a small slit in the bottle;
- Lift the running belt, pour the lubricant into the middle of the running board, and put down the running belt;
- Plug in the power cord and turn on the power switch. Wait a minute to let it lubricate the board&belt before using the treadmill.
Note: Please pay attention to your safety when lubricating.
