Preface
Thank you for purchasing A1 Light curing unit. Before using this equipment, please read this USER MANUAL carefully and follow the maintenance to enable the function to be fully implemented. Please put this USER MANUAL in a proper place for the future reading. We reserve the right to change the design, the technique, accessories, the instruction manual and the contents of the original packing list of the equipment at any time without notice.

Shipping and storage
A1 Light curing unit should be shipped and stored under the following environment:
Environment temperature: -40°C~70°C;
Air pressure: 500 Hpa~1060 Hpa

Note
- Please use the power source with ground wire.
- Never install at a place near the inflammable substance.
- In order to protect the environment, please cope with the disused machine.
Maintenance
Do not clean the machine by organic solvents.

Holy Medical grants the user a guarantee for its complete product range , covering any faulty functioning and defects in material or manufacture, for a period of 12 months from the date of the invoice.
Operation
- Plug the power cord into an appropriate AC outlet with earth leakage circuit breaker. (230 Volt 50/60Hz 100 Volt 50/60Hz).
- Depress the power switch on the backside to energize the unit.
- The display shows a 3-minutes pre-set curing cycle. The user can adjust the curing time from 0/1 minute (6 seconds) to 99 minutes according to the required polymerization for various composites and resin- based materials.
- Press the “ ” button to increase the curing time up to maximum 99 minutes.
- Press the “ ” button to reduce the curing time to a minimum of 6 seconds( “0.1” shown on display). E * The pre-set curing time can be adjusted and memorized before opening the door of the hardening chamber of before turning off the unit.
- Shape the individual tray material by using a mould and cut off the excess material. Place the whole in the hardening chamber and press the START/STOP button to start the curing cycle. The built-in safety switch ensures that the light will be turned off if the door to the hardening chamber is opened during a curing cycle, “ ” will light up on the display.
- The hardened tray can be taken out of the hardening chamber when the curing time has elapsed. After examining the tray, one can decide to add some material or to proceed finishing off the edges of the tray.
- The programmed curing time is kept in the memory of the unit. Simply press the START/STOP button again to repeat the curing cycle.
Trouble shooting
In case any malfunction or problems happens, the following solutions could be adopted. If the problems can not be solved, please contact the local dealer and send for repairing.
