Product Usage Instructions

Device Overview:
The sports watch features various buttons for different functions:

• START . STOP: Press and hold for 8 seconds to restart; Short-press to select the sport mode.
• BACK . LAP: Used for laps in Sports mode.
• LIGHT: Press to turn the backlight on and off.
• UP . MENU: Short-press for menu view; Press for 3 seconds to view the menu.
• DOWN: Short-press for additional functions.

Charging the Device:

1. Place the watch on the magnetic charging dock.
2. Connect the USB Type-C end of the cable to the charging dock.
3. Ensure the device is fully charged before use.

Download & Install APP:

• Option A：
  Open WeChat and scan the QR code on the right to download and install the Cling App.

• Option B:
  Search for “Cling” in the App Store (iOS & Android) to download and install the Cling App.

Pairing & Activation

Option A：Use QR Code

1. Hold the ① START.STOP button（or place the watch on the charger to charge) The QR code will appear (Figure-A).
2. Turn on the Bluetooth of your mobile device, then open the Cling App, follow the on-screen instructions to complete user registration Click to “Menu” page (Figure-1) Select the model “Cling GE” Click to “Authorization Mode” page Select “Use QR Code” (Figure-2) to complete the pairing.

Option B：Use Bluetooth Code

1. Hold the ① START.STOP button（or put the watch on the charging dock) the QR code will appear (Figure-A) Click the arrow at the bottom of Figure-A, or turn to the Bluetooth code page by pressing the ⑤ DOWN button, as shown in the Figure-B.
2. Turn on the Bluetooth of your mobile device, then open the Cling App, click to enter the “Menu”page (Figure-1), follow the on-screen instructions, select the  model name “Cling GE ” Click to “Authorization Mode” page Select “Use Bluetooth Code” (Figure-2) to complete the pairing.

Open the Cling App → Click to the “Menu” page → Click the device information bar at the top (Figure-3) → Enter the device details page → Click “User Manual” to view the detailed user manual (Figure-4).

Cling GE Maintenance Record

Please ask for maintenance report and keep your warranty card appropriately. HiCling will strictly follow government warranty policies. If the service terms differ from the warranty service, we will follow the warranty service.

Warranty and after service

1. Warranty period：

   • 1 year free warranty service: Core device and charging base.
   • 1 year warranty service: Device package, user guide, USB cable and wristband.

2. 7 day refund：
   Consumer can get a refund (invoice amount), replacement or maintenance according to government warranty policy within 7 days from the date of purchase. Please provide receipt and location of purchase.

3. 8 to 15 day replacement or maintenance:
   Consumer can choose replacement or maintenance within 8-15 days by providing the after service testing report. The after service testing report must come from an authorized maintenance center and must indicate that it is not manmade damage.

4. Consumer can have paid service when he/she meets the below criteria:

5. Product exceeds the warranty period；

6. Unable to provide warranty card or invoice except he/she can approve it is in warranty period;

7. Product model number does not match with warranty card details;

8. Damage of product is not caused by authorized maintenance center;

9. Damage of product is caused by force majeure;

10. Damage of product is caused by inappropriate use;

11. Damage of product is caused by private disassembling.
