SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Please read this installation and user guide carefully before installing and using the product, paying special attention to the safety instructions.
Save these instructions for later use or for the party who may take over the product after you. Disconnect the product from the power supply prior to cleaning or maintenance.
- Diversion of exhaust air must be carried out in accordance with instructions issued by the appropriate authority.
- Exhaust air must not be directed into flues that are used for fumes from items such as gas, wood or oil-burning stoves or fireplaces.
- The distance between the stove and the product must be at least 44 cm. For gas hobs, the distance should be increased to 65 cm. Adjust accordingly if the gas hobs manufacturer recommends a higher mounting height. N.B. If the product has a stove alarm or stove guard, it must not be mounted over a gas hob. See separate instructions.
- You must not flambé food underneath the product.
- For safety reasons, the installation and replacement of cables or other types of connectors should only be carried out by a qualified professional.
- If the product is to be used at the same time as products that use energy sources other than electricity, i.e., gas hobs, gas, wood or oil-burning stoves or fireplaces, etc, the room must have an adequate supply of air.
- The product may be used by children from 8 years of age and persons with mental, sensory or physical impairment, or a lack of experience and knowledge, provided they are given information about how the product is to be used.
- Children should not be allowed to play with the product. Children must not undertake cleaning or maintenance of the product unsupervised.
- Accessible parts of the product may become hot when food is being prepared.
- A fire is more likely to spread if the product is not cleaned as frequently as indicated.
N.B. The developer or proprietor is responsible for ensuring installation is carried out correctly and complies with the applicable building regulations.
INSTALLATION
The cooker hood is designed for installation built into cupboards or a dedicated cooker hood. The cooker hood is equipped with an LED lamp and a polyester filter. Installation, use, care, maintenance, etc., are described in these instructions.

Drum attachment for connection to kitchen flue. Instructions for connecting of the drum attachment are included.
INSTALLATION
Attention!
Fixing parts, screws for mounting, etc. are supplied with the cooker hood.
Electrical installation
The cooker hood is supplied with a cable and earthed plug for connection to an earthed wall socket. The wall socket should be accessible after installation is complete.
Assembly of connecting sleeve coupling
The connecting sleeve coupling and cold draught shutter are supplied inside the fan. Remove the filter.
The cold draught shutter is used to reduce any back draught when the cooker is not in use.
Attach the sleeve coupling to the fan Fig. Fig. 2A. Then place the cold draught shutter in the sleeve Fig. Fig. 2B
Assembly
Make an opening of 453 x 298 mm. Screw the suspension frame into the opening
with 4 screws.
Then press the cooker hood into the frame until it snaps in place.
Connection to exhaust flue
Connect the cooker fan with a pipe or tubing Ø 125 mm.
Attention!
When using a connecting tubing, the tubing must be stretched and assembled to
fit directly next to the connection, Fig.4
Disassembling instruction
Press up the disassembling (1 and 2) between the cooker hood and the suspension frame to disengage the springs (3). Pull down the cooker hood from the suspension frame, Fig. 5.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
FUNCTION SWITCH
A. Fan motor speed.
B. Light switch.
It is a good idea to turn on the fan before starting to cook, as this prevents
odours from spreading into the room. Adjust the speed of the fan depending on
the type of food you are preparing. Preferably allow the fan to run on low
speed for a while after cooking. If needed, also use the fan’s low speed when
the oven is in use, or after using the dishwasher.
CARE AND MAINTENANCE
Attention!
In order to ensure operation, quality and safety after servicing and
maintenance, use only original parts.
Cleaning
The cooker hood should be cleaned with a damp cloth and washing-up liquid. The
filet must be cleaned approximately twice a month, with normal usage. Both the
filter and the impeller can be removed from the cooker hood when cleaning.
Remove the filter cassette by pressing in the clips at the front edge. Take the filter apart and remove the filter gauze by taking off the filter holder, Fig. 7. Soak the filter gauze and the filter tray in a solution of warm water and washing-up liquid. The filter cassette (with filter) can also be washed in the dishwasher.
The interior of the cooker hood should be cleaned at least twice a year.
Remove the suction ring, then pull the impeller off the motor, Fig. 8. Wipe
the interior with a damp cloth and washing-up liquid. The impeller and suction
ring can be washed in a dishwasher or soaked in washing-up liquid.
The impeller and suction ring can be pressed back into place after cleaning.
Refit the filter cassette and press it upwards so that it clicks into place.
Changing bulbs
Attention!
Always replace the tube with one of th same type and power.

Before changing a bulb: ensure that the light switch is in position 0.
Remove the lamp lens by pressing the clip in the direction of the arrow, Fig.
9. The bulb can now be replaced.
SERVICING AND WARRANTY
Check that the fuse is intact. Go through all the functions to check what is
not working.

The packaging should be deposited at your nearest recycling point.
