Q2: Why can’t the steam keep the high temperature all the time?
A2: Our steam cleaner can reach an internal temperature of
221°F (105°C), and the steam dissipates heat rapidly once it exits the nozzle. The temperature of the steam decreases as the distance from the nozzle increases. We recommend that you keep the nozzle close to the items being cleaned and ensure that the power remains on during use.

Q3: Is it possible to add detergent?
A3: Yes, there are 3 options.
Option 1 – You can pour clean water into the water tank and it will spray chemical-free steam.

Option 2 – You can mix water and detergent and then pour it into the water tank for deeper cleaning steam.

Option 3 – You can apply a small amount of detergent to the dirty surface before using the steam cleaner filled with clean water.

CHAPTER 3 – OPERATING THE CLEANING MACHINE

How to Use the Device Safely

  1. Before using the cleaner, ensure that all electrical appliances are functioning properly and perform any necessary inspection preparations.
  2. If the spray gun head of the cleaner needs to be changed, ensure that a waterproof gasket is added before connecting the copper nozzle of the spray gun to the steam gun head and extended spray nozzle.
  3. Plug the device into an electrical outlet.
  4. After use, turn off the cleaner, unplug it from the electrical outlet, drain the water from the tank, and wipe down the panel and nozzle to ensure that they are clean and tidy.
  5. During the winter months, take measures to prevent the machine from freezing.

Quick Start Guide

  1. Twist the movable connector clockwise until it is securely fastened.

  2. Check the waterproof washer inside the nozzle, then twist it clockwise.

  3. Open the safety cap and add about 1000ML (33.8 fl.oz) of water using a measuring cup. (Mix with detergent if necessary.)

  4. Plug in the power cord.

  5. Turn on the power switch.

  6. The machine will start to work when the LED turns green.

  7. Adjust the steam outlet to meet your needs. The higher the number, the more steam will be produced.

  8. Steam will start to generate approximately 10 seconds after turning on the device.
    It is recommended to use heat-resistant gloves to avoid burns from the high temperature steam.

Precautions For the Heating System

  1. A suitable amount of corrosive detergent can be added to this machine, but it may cause damage to the magnetic pump. The crystals in the water pump should be flushed away immediately with clear water after cleaning is finished.
  2. When using cleaning powder, the spray gun can only be used after the cleaning powder is completely diluted without particles. Incomplete dilution may cause blockages or destructive damage to the device.
  3. When using steam, the inlet water temperature should not exceed 50°C to maintain steam efficiency.
  4. Place the device on a flat and balanced surface during operation.
  5. Avoid spraying people, pets, or the device itself during operation to prevent serious consequences.
  6. When cleaning glass products, avoid bursting due to uneven heating.

Precautions For the Steam Mode

  1. The water tank must be filled with water before the device is turned on to avoid dry burning.
  2. Do not block the steam spraying during operation to avoid excessive pressure in the device, which may cause serious damage.
  3. There is a preheating process when the steam mode is started, and it is normal for water to flow out.
  4. Avoid spraying people, pets, or the device itself during operation to prevent serious consequences.
  5. Some models have a 2-second delay of cold water when the steam is turned off or paused. During the delay, high-temperature and high-pressure water may be sprayed out. Please be careful.

1. The steam cleaner uses high-temperature steam generated from water for cleaning. However,during the heating process, carbonates and other minerals in the water can form scales and adhere to the outlet pipe, leading to a reduction in steam output or even complete blockage of t he steam outlet pipe.
2. If you notice a decrease in steam output, it is important to perform descaling on the Machin immediately. To descale the machine, mix water with edible vinegar or citric acid at a ratio of 1:1, and then pour the mixture into the water tank. Next, attach the appropriate nozzle and turn the frequency regulator clockwise to the wettest point. Start operating the machine as normal and cycle for 5-10 minutes. After that, rinse the machine with clean water and turn it off.
