What if there was a healthier way for your children to experience real joy?
Hi there,
I’m Sephora. I grew up with 5 (yes 5!) younger brothers. I have so many
wonderful memories from that time—jumping on our beds past bedtime (sshh),
living in our expertly built forts, climbing the walls (literally—I was pretty
good at it), and discovering the world together in the most active and
exciting ways.
Nowadays, things are different. I see kids sitting for hours on end, eyes
glazed, glued to mom’s smartphone, their tablet, the TV, and other devices.
It’s hard to watch. I believe kids should be learning the world through play
and exploration—and the studies agree.
That’s why I created JoyBerri, a line of quality children’s products to help
get kids off the couch and engage their bodies, develop their minds, and
explore the world in the most creative and fun ways.
Welcome to the JoyBerri family.
We’re in this together now.

ASSEMBLY NOTES
Important Assembly Notes
- Two adults are required to assemble this trampoline.
- We recommend wearing safety glasses during assembly.
- We recommend wearing the included gloves to protect your hands and keep them clean. There is a thin layer of protective oil on the metal parts which could transfer to your hands.
- You will also need a hammer or rubber mallet.
- Be careful not to pinch your fingers during assembly.
- Many of the assembly instructions and diagrams include a reference letter, for example, “Locate the trampoline mat (E)”. The reference letter corresponds to the letters identifying each part in WHAT’S IN THE BOX? on page 4.
Where to Set Up the Trampoline
- Set up the trampoline outdoors only, on level, well-drained grass or dirt, clear of any obstructions such as large rocks, bricks, plants, and other yard features. Setting up the trampoline on uneven ground surfaces may cause the trampoline frame to warp. Do not set up over concrete, asphalt, or other hard surfaces. This trampoline is not intended to be buried in the ground.
- Set up the trampoline in an open location, at least 7 feet away from any structures or obstructions such as fences, garages/buildings/structures/houses, walls, overhanging branches, laundry lines, or electrical wires, and other play areas, such as swimming pools, sports courts, swings, slides, or climbing gyms.
- Set up the trampoline with plenty of overhead clearance. A minimum of 24 feet from ground level is recommended. Provide clearance for wires, tree limbs, and other potential hazards.
Moving the Trampoline
WARNING! Moving the trampoline requires a minimum of two people. Three or
more people are recommended. Serious injury or damage to the trampoline can
occur if a single person attempts to move the trampoline.
To move the trampoline a short distance, such as from one side of your yard to
the other:
-
Wrap all connection points with a weather-resistant tape, such as duct tape, before moving.
This will keep the frame intact and prevent the connection points from dislocating or separating. -
Remove the ground stakes.
-
Lift the trampoline slightly off the ground and slowly move it from one area to another. Make sure to keep it horizontal to the ground.
NOTE: To move the trampoline longer distances, particularly if moving it from one location to another, we highly recommend disassembling the trampoline. To disassemble, follow the assembly steps on pages 6–20 in reverse order.
ASSEMBLY GUIDE
WARNING!
- Adult assembly is required. Keep children away during assembly. This product contains small parts that may present a choking hazard to children under 3 years old.
- Before assembly, properly dispose of all packaging, especially plastic bags which may present a suffocation hazard to small children.
STEP 1: Build the Trampoline Frame
NOTE: We recommend wearing the included gloves to protect your hands and
keep them clean.
There is a layer of protective oil on the metal parts which could transfer to
your hands.
- Locate the eight frame rails (A) and eight metal T-connectors (B).
- Insert a rail into a T-connector. See Figure 1.
- Insert a second rail into the other end of the T-connector.
- Continue connecting T-connectors and rails until you’ve built the round trampoline frame. Each T-connector will connect two rails. See Figure 1.
STEP 2: Assemble and Attach the Legs
-
Locate the four legs (C), eight leg extensions (D), eight M6 × 12mm (shorter) hex bolts (Q), and the hex wrench (Y).
-
Insert two leg extensions onto a leg. Ensure the side with the holes is on the inside of the trampoline. See Figure 2.
-
Insert an M6 × 12mm hex bolt through the screw holes in each extension and the leg.
-
Turn the hex bolt by hand, then use a hex wrench to fully tighten it.
-
Repeat steps 2–4 until all four legs have been assembled.
NOTE: Two adults are required to complete the following steps: -
Adult 1: Lift one side of the trampoline frame.

Adult 2: Insert an assembled leg into the bottom of two T-connectors (B). See Figure 2.
IMPORTANT: If the holes in the T-connectors and holes in the leg don’t line up, flip the leg around. -
Repeat steps 6–7 to attach the remaining legs.
STEP 3: Attach the Springs and the Trampoline Mat
**CAUTION! Springs are under high tension during assembly. Be careful
not to pinch your fingers.
IMPORTANT NOTES:**
- Two adults are required to complete the following steps.
- Ensure all bolts are fully tightened before installing the springs. Failure to do so will cause the frame to warp.
- Do NOT install springs only on one side of the frame at a time. Uneven distribution of the spring tension will cause the frame to warp. Install springs as instructed to ensure tension is spread out evenly.
- Do not use your leg to push on the trampoline frame or legs when installing the springs as this will cause the trampoline to warp.
-
Locate the trampoline mat (E), two boxes of springs (F), and two spring installation tools (Z).
-
Unfold the trampoline mat and lay it inside the trampoline frame. See Figure 3.
-
Each spring has a hook at either end. Side 1 has a tapered P-shaped hook. Side 2 has an oval J-shaped hook. See Figure 3.
-
Adult 1: Stand at the far-right end of a leg. Grab a spring and hook Side 1 through a V-ring on the edge of the trampoline mat. See Figure 3.
-
Adult 1: Hook the spring installation tool (Z) through Side 2, stretch the spring, and hook Side 2 into the near-center slot in the frame rail (A). See Figure 3 and Figure 4a.
a. Each rail (A) has 8 slots. Counting from the end of the rail, the near- center slot is the FOURTH.
b. Make sure the spring latches securely into the slot. -
Adult 2: Stand directly across from Adult 1. Install spring 2 to the near-center (fourth) slot in the rail.
-
Adults 1 & 2, moving to the RIGHT and working on opposite sides of the trampoline:
a. Move two rails to the right and install springs 3 and 4 to the near-center slots. You should now have springs at 1, 2, 3, and 4 (see Figure 4a), or at 90°, 180°, 270°, and 360° around the trampoline.
b. Install springs 5–8 to the near-center (fourth) slots in the remaining 4 rails. See Figure 4b.
c. Install springs in the far-left and far-right slots in each rail. See Figure 4c.
d. Install springs next to the near-center slots. That’s the fifth slot in the rail. See Figure 4d.
e. There are now two empty slots between each spring.
f. Install the remaining springs. A few extra springs are included in case you need them.
NOTE: If at the end of installation some of the remaining V-rings and slots do not line up, you may need to remove and re-install some springs.
STEP 4: Attach the Lower Poles to the Legs
-
Locate the eight lower poles (G); two wrenches (Y); 16 sets of hardware, each of which contains: one M6 × 75mm (longer) carriage bolt (R), one washer (S), one nut (T), and one plastic pad (U).
-
Lay the eight lower poles on the trampoline, with the bottom ends pointing OUTWARD.
IMPORTANT: Lower poles have a black cap at the bottom and a spring button at the top. Do not mix up the lower and upper poles. -
Line up each pole with a T-connector.
-
Insert carriage bolts through the screw holes in the lower pole. Place a plastic pad on the end of
each bolt and insert the bolts through the screw holes in the leg. See Figure -

- Lay the net on top of the trampoline. Make sure the zippered doorway is centered between two of the lower poles.
- Slide each fiberglass pole into a sleeve at the top of the net. See Figure 6.
- Ensure the end of the fiberglass pole exits the end of the sleeve.
- Slide a second fiberglass pole into the next (adjacent) sleeve in the net. See Figure 6.
- Place a plastic T-connector in the gap between the two sleeves and insert the two fiberglass poles into either end of the T-connector. See Figure 6.
- Insert the remaining fiberglass poles into the sleeves.
- Use the remaining T-connectors to connect the poles in the gaps between the sleeves.
- You will form a perfect circle at the top of the net when all poles and T-connectors have been inserted. See Figure 6.
STEP 6: Install an Accessory Kit (Sprinkler Hose and/or LED Lights)
CAUTION! Using the sprinkler hose while the LED lights are on the
trampoline can cause water damage to the lights and batteries. We recommend
removing the LED lights from the trampoline before turning on the sprinklers.
Option A: Install the Sprinkler Hose Kit
WARNING! When wet, the trampoline can be very slippery which may result in
falling or injury.
-
Locate the sprinkler hose kit (K). The kit contains a sprinkler hose with a water flow valve, a hose adapter, a quick-connect joint, and large and small zip ties.
-
Ensure the water flow valve is screwed tightly onto the sprinkler hose. Then screw the small black quick-connect joint into the water flow valve.
-
Screw the hose adapter onto a garden hose. Then insert the quick-connect joint into the hose adapter. It will click into place.
-
Zip tie the sprinkler hose to the fiberglass poles (I) at the top of the safety net. See Figure 7.
a. The small holes in the sprinkler hose should face up or toward the inside of the trampoline. Both large and small zip ties are included; choose whichever works best for your needs.
b. Do not fasten the zip ties too tightly or water flow will be restricted. -
To use the sprinkler hose: Turn on the water at the faucet, then turn the water flow valve counterclockwise to turn on the sprinkler hose. Turn the water flow valve clockwise to turn off the sprinkler. Remove the quick-connect joint from the hose adapter to disconnect the hoses.
NOTE: Be careful not to pinch or damage the sprinkler hose as you continue the assembly steps.
Option B: Install the LED Light Kit
-
Locate the LED light kit (L). The kit contains one string of LED lights connected to an AA battery case (AA batteries not included), remote control, zip ties, and adhesive strips.
-
Set aside the remote control and five zip ties to secure the battery cord and battery case in Step 13.
-
Zip tie the string of LED lights to the ring of fiberglass poles (I) at the top of the safety net. See Figure 8.
a. Zip ties go around the fiberglass poles near the T-connectors.
b. Do not secure the long flat battery cord and battery case yet. -
Optional: You may use the included adhesive strips to help secure the lights to the fiberglass poles if desired.
NOTES:
- Be careful not to pinch the battery cord or the string of LED lights as you continue assembling the trampoline.
- If there is some extra length at the end of the LED light string after securing it around the top of the net, you can let it hang down for decorative effect or you can double up the lights in one section.
STEP 7: Attach the Upper Poles to the Net
-
Locate the eight upper poles (M).
-
Insert the TOP of an upper pole into the bottom of a plastic T-connector (J) connected to the top of the safety net. See Figure 9.
a. The two parts connect securely via a spring button on the T-connector.
b. Press the spring button in as you slide the poles together. Be careful not to pinch your fingers.
c. You may need to wiggle the upper pole slightly to get the spring button to click into place. -
Repeat step 2 until all of the upper poles are installed.
STEP 8: Attach the Upper Poles to the Lower Poles
-
Hold the top of the net and the T-connector with one hand as you lift the upper pole.
-
Slide the upper pole (M) onto the proper lower pole (G). Ensure the net is oriented so that the zipper is in between leg poles, not over the leg. See Figure 10.
a. The two poles connect securely via a spring button at the top of the lower pole.
b. Press the spring button in as you slide the poles together. Be careful not to pinch your fingers.
c. You may need to wiggle the upper pole slightly to get the spring button to click into place. -
Repeat steps 1–2 to install the remaining upper poles.
STEP 9: Secure the Bottom of the Net to the Trampoline Mat
The bottom of the net has flat ropes with plastic clips at the end. Each
plastic clip needs to be threaded through a V-ring on the mat, back through
the bottom of the net, and attached to the neighboring V-ring to secure the
net.
-
Thread the plastic clip through the V-ring directly below it. See Figure 11a.
-
Pass the clip over to the neighboring spring and thread the top portion of the clip through the fabric strip at the bottom of the net that lies just above the neighboring spring. See Figure 11a.
NOTE: When threading the top of the clip through the bottom of the net, you may need to wiggle it a bit to work it through. Do not yank too hard, or you could tear it. -
Attach the clip to the neighboring V-ring to secure the bottom of the net. See Figure 11b.
-
Continue repeating steps 1–3 until you have worked your way around the entire trampoline such that all clips are threaded through the bottom of the net and attached to their neighboring V-rings.
STEP 10: Attach the Frame Cover
- Locate the padded frame cover (N). It comes in multiple sections.
- Lay the frame cover on top of the trampoline, shiny side down. The elastic straps will face down.
- Secure the sections together with the Velcro®.
- Stretch the edges of the cover over the frame rails. Make sure all of the metal components (the frame, springs, and T-connectors) are fully covered by the frame cover. See Figure 12.
- Tie the inner elastic straps to the V-rings. You may need to crawl under the trampoline to see and reach the inner straps. See Figure 12.
STEP 11: Secure the Trampoline with Ground Stakes
WARNING! Always anchor the trampoline to the ground with the included stakes. This keeps the trampoline secure during heavy winds, rain, and other severe weather conditions, preventing your trampoline from sustaining weather- related damage. In addition, it provides an extra layer of security for jumpers while using the trampoline. We strongly advise the user to complete this step. JoyBerri, LLC takes no responsibility for damage occurred to the trampoline or users if the trampoline is not securely anchored to the ground.
- Locate the four ground stakes (P).
- Secure each leg to the ground by placing a stake over the bottom of each leg and tapping it into the ground. You will probably need a hammer or rubber mallet. See Figure 13.
STEP 12: Assemble and Install the Ladder
WARNING! Ensure the ladder is sturdy and properly assembled before
allowing children to use it.
-
Locate the two ladder legs (V), two ladder steps (W), four M6 × 40mm bolts (X), four nuts (T), and the open wrench (Y).
-
Slide a ladder leg through one side of the first step.
a. The curved hook is at the TOP of the leg and curves BACK. See Figure 14.
b. The two nut-shaped (hexagonal) inserts are on the BACK side of the step. -
Line up the holes in the leg and step, and insert a bolt through the FRONT of the step.
-
Place a nut in the nut-shaped insert on the back of the step and twist onto the end of the bolt.
-
Hold the bolt in place with your finger as you use the wrench to fully tighten the nut.
-
Repeat steps 2–5 to attach both steps to the two ladder legs.
-
Lift the frame cover below the zippered door in the safety net and hook the ladder onto the frame.
-
Center the ladder under the zippered door so children can enter the trampoline safely.
-
Test the ladder to ensure it is sturdy and properly assembled before allowing children to use it.
STEP 13: Install the Batteries for the String of Lights (Optional)
-
If you installed the LED light kit (L), locate the remote control and zip ties that you set aside in Step 6.
-
Insert two AAA batteries (not included) into the remote control. Make sure to insert the batteries according to the polarity markings on the inside of the remote.
-
Insert three AA batteries (not included) into the LED light battery case according to the polarity markings on the inside of the case.
NOTE: Close the battery case carefully to avoid dislodging the silicone waterproofing strip around the outside edge of the case. The waterproofing strip helps prevent water from getting into the battery case. -
Use the zip ties to secure the long flat battery cord and the battery case to the nearest trampoline pole.
NOTES:
- The range of the remote control receiver is fairly short. Point the remote control directly at the battery case at close range (we recommend standing no more than 1–2 feet away).
- Store the remote control in a safe, dry location when not in use.

WARNING! Outdoor trampolines must be secured against strong winds. An unsecured trampoline can become highly dangerous and unstable in strong winds which may result in injury, death, or property damage. -
To secure the trampoline against strong winds: always secure the trampoline with the included stakes. Do not tie down the legs as these may become misaligned or warped, damaging the trampoline. All parts that could catch the wind and cause the trampoline to blow over, such as the safety net and mat, should be removed. The trampoline must be secured with ground stakes. You could also add heavy weights, such as sandbags or water bags, on the legs. Dismantle or store the trampoline in an indoor location, if it becomes necessary.
-
The trampoline and ad all accessories should be stored inside during the winter, especially in areas with snow accumulation and/or very low temperatures which can damage and degrade the product. Before storing the trampoline, ensure all parts are dry and packed securely.
-
Although many parts have UV-resistant coating, direct sunlight, as well as rain, snow, wind, and extreme temperatures can reduce the strength of parts over time. Always be aware of wear and tear due to weather and wind.
-
When the trampoline will not be used for a long time, we recommend storing the trampoline, especially the padded cover, safety net, and mat, in a dry indoor area.
Inspecting and Maintaining the Trampoline and Accessories
**WARNING!** Inspect the trampoline and accessories before each use to avoid injury to users. Check the trampoline, safety net, and all accessories (including the sprinkler hose and LED lights) before use and replace any damaged, worn, defective, or missing parts. Check all nuts and bolts before use and tighten when loose. Check each sprinkler hose connection and tighten any loose fittings and repair any leaks found before using it again. The trampoline is not to be used if any parts or accessories are loose, leaking, damaged, or deteriorated. Using a damaged or deteriorated product may result in serious injury.
-
In addition to performing a visual check of the trampoline before each use, it is important to perform an indepth check of all of the main parts of the trampoline (frame, springs, mat, padded cover, and the safety net) at the beginning of each season. Failure
to check the trampoline and perform necessary maintenance may result in the trampoline becoming unstable whichmay result in injury. -
Check that all nuts and bolts/screws are tight and in good condition. Tighten or replace as needed.
-
Check all coverings (such as the plastic caps on the ends of the cap nuts) for sharp edges and replace them when necessary.
-
Check that all spring buttons (the connection between the upper and lower poles) are still intact and cannot become disconnected.
-
Check that the mat, padded cover, safety net, and other soft surfaces are without defects or tears. Replace any torn or worn parts.
-
Ensure the padded cover is properly in place, completely covering all springs and any exposed metal. Ensure the safety net is in place and properly tied to the trampoline to avoid injury to users.
-
Check the condition of all of the springs. Replace any springs that have become damaged, overstretched, or appear to be loose.
-
If the sprinkler hose kit is installed:
-
Check that the sprinkler hose, garden hose, adapter, and faucet are in good condition.
-
Check each connection point to ensure all fittings are tight and that there are no leaks or blown gaskets. Check where the sprinkler hose attaches to the garden hose (or where the sprinkler hose and garden hose attach to either end of the adapter) and where the garden hose attaches to the faucet.
-
Tighten loose fittings, fix any leaks found, and replace deteriorated or damaged hoses and blown gaskets. Do not use the trampoline until any issues that are found are resolved. Using hoses that are damaged, deteriorated, leaking, or that have a blown gasket may result in a water pressure buildup which may in turn result in damaged or split hoses, injury, property damage, or a large water bill.
-
Check that the sprinkler hose is properly secured to the fiberglass poles at the top of the trampoline and that the zip ties are in good condition. Replace any worn zip ties and do not use the hose until it is properly secured again.
-
If the LED light kit is installed:
-
Check that the LED light string, battery case, batteries, and remote control are dry and in good condition. Replace worn or damaged parts.
-
Check that the LED light string is properly secured to the fiberglass poles at the top of the trampoline and that the zip ties are in good condition. Replace any worn zip ties and do not use the light string until it is properly secured again.
