Connecting Devices
To use the docking station, follow these steps:
- Connect your USB-C laptop to the USB-C host port on the docking station using the provided cable.
- Connect your keyboard, mouse, USB flash drive, and other devices to the available USB ports on the front and back of the docking station.
- If using external monitors, connect them to the HDMI and VGA ports on the docking station for extended display options.
- Connect an Ethernet cable to the RJ45 Gigabit Ethernet port for a stable network connection.
Resolution and Graphics Settings for Mac
To adjust display settings on a Mac, follow these steps
- Navigate to Apple logo > System Preferences > Displays to adjust resolution settings.
- You can rearrange displays and set preferences for color and] night shift.
- To mirror displays or use Airplay options, access the relevant settings in the Displays menu.

- Why is there no video output?
- Please make sure the USB-C port of your devices (Laptop/Tablet) support Video Output.
- Please check if the cable is well connected.
- Please use the standard video cable.
- Why is there no audio output from HDMI port?
- Please make sure that there is audio output function on the monitor.
- Please set the external monitor as default audio output device.
- Can I connect my Apple SuperDrive to the dock?
- 1. No, Apple SuperDrive requires Apple’s unique signal identification, and does not support other USB hub connections
- Why my docking station not charging my laptop?
1. Please check your notebook technical parameter, and confirm which port has PD charging function if multiple USB-C ports are available.
2. Verify that the system you are using also supports charging via USB-C PD
3. Please note that some systems that charge via USB-C or Thunderbolt 3 may not support charging from external products and only support charging directly to the notebook using the original charger or original factory-validated charger.
