Product Information
The Cutting Plotter is a device designed for precision cutting of various materials. It comes with a range of accessories and features to ensure accurate and efficient cutting.

Blade Installation
- Press the handle to expose the blade.
- Use the gear to adjust the length of the blade tip.
- Fix the blade handle holder in the cutting head.
- Insert the cutting film sheet into the blade.
- To change the blade, press the handle and replace the old blade with a new one.
Blade Holder Installation
- Loosen the screw by turning it counterclockwise.
- Insert the blade holder vertically into the holder’s hole.
- Tighten the screw by turning it clockwise.
Power On / Off
To power on the machine, connect the cable and adapter to a 110-240V AC power source. Press the power button and wait for approximately 30 seconds for the machine to start up.
Material Installation
Place the material flat on the table and align it to the left based on the feeding guide. The cutter will automatically feed the material once it detects it. If the film shifts, press the switch for 1 second to automatically return it back.
Connect Bluetooth
- Scan the QR code or visit the provided website to download the phone cut app.
- Install the app and allow all necessary permissions.
- Login to the app using your account and password.
- Choose the desired cutting data or monthly fee.
- Select the appropriate line for internet connection.
- Click login to access the app.
- If you don’t have an account, you can register through the app.
WIFI Connecting
Turn on the wifi on the cutter and select a wifi network to connect to. Enter the correct password if prompted.
Login Account
After connecting to wifi, login to your account using the provided credentials. The account and password information can be found on the bottom of the cutter or obtained from your supplier.
Choose Cutting Data
Once logged in, navigate to the product page and select the desired cutting data from various categories.

In the cutting data selection page, search for specific brands or browse through popular brands to find the desired cutting data.

Notes:
- Ajust the blade:
- Twist the gear to adjust the blade tip
- Value bigger,tip longer
- Value smaller, tip shorter
- Factory setting is gear 6
- Change blade:
- Press handle take out the old blade,put a new one in it
Blade holder installation

loose the screw
Turn the screw counterclockwise in 8 times -
Insert the blade holder
The balde holder with the cutting blade is placed vertically into the holder’s hole. -
Fix the screw
Turn the screw in clockwise.
Power on / off
- Connect the cable and adapter.
- 110 – 240 VAC power for the plug connection.
- The adapter connects the machine.
- Press the power button, machine power on.
- It takes 30s for starting.
Material installation
- Put the material on the table flatly and align left based on the feeding guide
- The material will be feed automatically after the cutter detect it.
(If the film shift, press the switch in 1 second and the film will bere turned back automatically)
Connect bluetooth
Note: Suggest to scan the QR code to download APP by web browser
Please alow all access persion during installing the APP, therwise it may abnormal, detailed operation as below:
- Login App and choose language.
- Insert the account and password.
- Choose count / Monethly fee.
- Default is Line:1 , if the internet not good , please change to Line:2.
- Click LOGIN.
- Register(This function only for the user who without account)
WIFI Connecting
After turn on the wifi on the cutter, click and choose a wifi to connect.
Note: Conncting succeed, the wifi ID will be showed below if not, you may need insert the correct password and connect. .
Login account
After connecting wifi, choose login and insert the account and choose version, then insert your password to login the data page. Account and password may paste on the bottom of the cutter or you can get from your supplier.

After enter the product page and choose the data you need to cut.
Choose a cutting data
- Front film -A+ is accurate data, the front screen is wrapped to the edge of the screen; -A is slightly smaller than A+ by about 0.5mm – with cover A is the data with cover; – Frosted A is the hole data, suitable for frosted/matte materials..
- Back film -B+ is back film with full cover, -B- is back film packaging data; -B is back sticker data
- The explosion-proof film is only suitable for straight screen mobile phones, the size is similar to the tempered glass.
- Full-screen film-DA full-screen half-package data, -DB back-stick data;-DC is the whole machine full-package data
Cutting finished
The sheet will be dropped out automatically after cutting finished, please take out the finished parts and paste on the phone.
