The JBL Quantum Stream Talk microphone can be connected to various devices
using the following ports:
- 3.5mm headset port for PC, Mac, PlayStation, and Nintendo Switch.
- USB-C port for PC, mobile, laptop, and Nintendo Switch.
First-Time Setup on PC:
- Connect the microphone to your PC via a USB connection.
- Go to Sound Settings -> Sound Control Panel.
- Under Playback, highlight JBL Quantum Stream Talk and set it as the Default Device.
- Under Recording, select JBL Quantum Stream Talk as the Default Device.

First Time Setup on PC
- Connect the microphone to your PC via a USB connection.
- Go to “Sound Settings” -> “Sound Control Panel”. 4c Under “Playback” highlight “JBL Quantum Stream Talk” and select “Set Default” -> “Default Device”. Note: By default, all sounds will be played through the JBL Quantum Stream Talk microphone and heard through headphones connected to it. To hear sound from the PC directly, select the PC sound card as the default device.
