OPERATION MANUAL
OVERVIEW AND PRINCIPLE OF OPERATION
1.1. THE PURPOSE OF THE UNIT
Cooling table CKPMX-01 is intended for cooling caramelized popcorn with air,
previously filtered.

1.4. STRUCTURE AND PRINCIPLE OF OPERATION
General appearance of cooling table CKPMX-01 is showed on Fig.1. The tray is installed on four swivel casters equipped with locks. The table includes Housing (1), Removable Tray (2) equipped with Outfeed (3), Filtration Chamber (4), Built-in Fan Start Button (5).
Built-in fan blower intakes ambient air and bring it to perforated tray. Two removable filters in the filter chamber clean the air being intake.
INTENDED USE
2.1. GETTING STARTED
Unpack the unit carefully, check the delivery set. Remove protective film from
metal surfaces.
2.2. OPERATION MODE
Put caramelized popcorn in the tray; turn on the built-in fan blower. Use a
pair of scoops to stir popcorn in the tray. Once popcorn is cooled down, use
outfeed to dump popcorn off the tray.
TRANSPORTATION AND STORAGE
Popcorn machine may be transported by any kind of covered vehicle, in
accordance with transportation rules for this kind of vehicle.
Ambient temperature during the transportation and storage must be between
minus 25°C to +55°C.

Cooling table CKPMX-01 is met mandatory requirements of the state standards, actual technical documentation, and approved for use.

WARRANTY OBLIGATIONS
The manufacturer guarantees trouble-free operation of the equipment during 12
months from the date of receiving the equipment by dealer (in accordance with
transport documentation); or, in case of purchase directly through Business
Russia LLC, from the purchase date, given that terms of using, transportation,
and storage are met. The warranty repair is performed upon presentation of
this manual and filled warranty card with the seller’s seal and the date of
sale.

stated in this document are intended to act as a reference point, which is
