FAQ
- Q: How do I reset the base station to factory settings?
- A: To reset the base station to factory settings, locate the reset button on the device and press and hold it for at least 10 seconds until all lights flash simultaneously.
- Q: What should I do if I can’t connect to the Internet after following the network settings?
- A: If you are unable to connect to the Internet after following the network settings, double-check that the network cable is properly plugged in and that the base station is connected to the correct hotspot. You may also need to contact customer support for further assistance.

Base station network settings
Wired Internet access
DHCP dynamic IP Internet access
- Power on, connect the Internet cable, and wait for the LED2 white light to flash, other lights do not flash.
- Search WIFI on a mobile phone or computer: wrap-xxxx (default)
- Connect your mobile phone or computer to the base station WIFI. The default password for the base station WIFI is 12345678.
- Browser opens: 192.168.66.1 (default)
- Log in to the base station background, username: root, password: 123456 (default)
- Select menu: network ➤ Interface ➤ WAN
- Protocol selection: DHCP client (if you are already a DHCP client, no operation is required in the following steps)
- Click the button: Switch protocol
- Click the button: Save & Apply View network lights
If the upper-level network segment is also 192.168.66.*, please connect to the base station hotspot to set the gateway IP of other network segments.
Static IP Internet access
- Power on, plug in the Internet cable, and wait until the white LED2 light flashes, other lights do not flash.
- Search WIFI on a mobile phone or computer: wrap-xxxx (default)
- Connect your mobile phone or computer to the base station WIFI. The default password for the base station WIFI is 12345678.
- Browser opens: 192.168.66.1 (default)
- Log in to the base station background, username: root, password: 123456 (default)
- Select menu: network ➤ Interface ➤ WAN
- Protocol selection: static address
- Click the button: Switch protocol
- Enter the IPv4 address: The network segment is allowed by the superior and is not in use.
- Enter IPv4 subnet mask:255.255.255.0, You don’t need to fill in the others.
- Click the button: Save & Apply View network lights
WIFI Internet access

Opt in: Choose the WIFI you want to connect to If the WIFI you want is not found, repeat step 2.7

Enter STA password: Enter the password for the base station to connect to WIFI

Base station configuration

- Connect your mobile phone or computer to the base station WIFI. The default password for the base station WIFI is 12345678.
- Log in to the base station background, username: root, password: 123456 (default)
- Select menu: Electronic price tag ➤ Base station configuration
Start configuring the base station (host address, store number, user, password, please consult after-sales)

- click the button: Save & Apply
Troubleshooting
- Question: Are the three yellow-green lights flashing at the same time?
- Answer: Generally, the base station has just been powered on, the system is restarted or reset, and the three lights will flash together for about 30 seconds before returning to normal.
- Question: Does the WIFI of the base station come and go?
- Answer: How to set up bridge mode wirelessly? This is usually caused by the base station not being able to connect to the hotspot. Please unplug the network cable and reset the network settings.
